Wow. Excellent job Tshara. Your work is beyond words. As for Occam (or whatever the new name is) Notch said that 1.10 won't be too late after 1.9, soooo. crap. at least 1.9 looks okay.
Eventually I might ask for donations, but that would happen like maybe once a year, just to renew the subscription.
As of now, I'm not asking for anything. How would you guys feel about keeping the current map and building a giant Nether rail to new chunks? We could potentially just delete the old chunks later on and keep playing with the new, if it came to it. And when 1.9 is released we'll find out how badly the new chunks blend (or don't blend) with the old chunks, and go from there.
I agree with waiting for 1.9 to start before we get into a "real" server. but in the meantime It wouldn't be a bad Idea to play around with creative or have some sort of PvP thing. Maybe you want to save money and keep the server down, its up to you.
I love the texture pack you have been working on Ovus! As for the name of our new world, I think Occaden would be a nice mix of Occam and Eden. totally up to you veterans though.
I agree with GreenFire that there is no set up fight. if there is a boss at all, it should be randomly spawned and you have the choice of walking into it or not (by simply avoiding it till it despawns)
Yeah, its like a watchtower/ lighthouse as I built next to land and sea. the second build is how I usually do a home (although I rushed to make an application)
