    What problem are you experiencing? I use SPC, WindowedMode, TooManyItems, ReiMiniMap, and OptiFine with MagicLauncher and have no problems. This particular profile (a.k.a. "Configuration") does not have a mod loader installed, so MagicLauncher shows a Status of "no mods found" or "no ModLoader" but everything works when you launch the game.

    1. I noticed the backup list does not update after you Cull old backups.
    2. Is there a way to only Cull AUTO backups and leave the manual backups untouched?

    I have noticed that if I accidentally injure an animal (e.g. striking a sheep while throwing an egg), exiting and restarting the game seems to "heal" the animal back to normal.

    I have noticed one consequence of using this unglitch fix (standard or extended). When you use noclip mode of Single Player Commands (SPC), instead of seeing through normal block textures when you go underground, you simply see a close-up of a normal block texture for the current block (dirt, rock, etc.)

    Using Magic Launcher makes it easy to exit Minecraft and disable/re-enable the unglitch fix.

    Did you go ahead and play and see if the mod was actually loaded and working? I have a few mods (zip files) that Magic Launcher loads (i.e. merges with the vanilla Minecraft jar) and everything works even though Magic Launcher reports "no mods found". I am not sure what Magic Launcher uses to determine if a zip contains a mod, but I would like to find out.

    I am trying to track down a problem with a couple of mods. When using MagicLauncher to load them, using both mods together freezes the game. However, merging one mod with the 1.6.2 jar manually and using MagicLauncher to load the second mod seems to avoid the freeze. I would like to compare my manually merged 1.6.2Mod.jar with the one created by MagicLauncher when it loads the same mod against the vanilla 1.6.2.jar. I snooped around for a temp copy of the 1.6.2 or minecraft jars but came up empty handed.

    Does MagicLauncher create a temp copy of the minecraft/1.6.2 jar? If so, where could I locate it?

    I am trying out the free version of MineBack and noticed the "Backups" list does not automatically update. If you do not choose to have the list update in real-time, you may want to update it when the window is restored from being minimized. I thought the app was not working because the list showed no new backups for the past two days. After restarting the app, the "missing" backups were in the list.

    The app seems to be very nice and could be a "world saver". ;-)


    P.S. I noticed the list does update after you perform a manual backup.

    Fortunately, MineBack to the rescue of course ;) . Though I've had to set my backup interval to less than 5 minutes now.


    I have noticed the exact same thing. In fact, that is why I am here. Hopefully, MineBack will save me next time. :(
