Honestly, I was the same way about 6 years ago (not so much disrespectful to my parents, mostly just to my older sibling). 14 was around the time I realized what an asshat I was being, and stopped completely. I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I even got really angry about something. My point is that this whole situation may stop once he matures a little bit. I realize that's absolutely no help in the short term, but leading by example may be the best option here. If your parents respect you for behaving like a mature person (not exactly sure about OP's age) and treat you accordingly, maybe you can help speed the process up or something. Not sure if this helps at all, but I just thought I'd share my experience.
I don't have really have anything I'm ready to chalk up to ghosts yet, but I have noticed some strange things happening lately. Noises I can't find a source for, shadows I can't quite explain, doors moving (very slightly) when I can't feel any wind, etc. I think I would rather know for sure that have to sit around a wonder.
Also, a friend of mine has a door in his basement that he claims has been locked since he moved in. A few days ago, he called me in a panic at about 12:30 in the morning saying that it was open when he went downstairs to do some laundry. He sounded pretty upset, so I'm inclined to believe him. He's not really the type to joke about stuff like that anyway... Not exactly sure what to make of all this, but it's sure an interesting topic.
Snakes and falling would have to be my two big ones. Honestly, I was a little surprised that someone hadn't mentioned snakes already. Unless somebody did, and I just totally missed it. If that's the case, you all could have stopped reading at snakes and falling...
