I finished your map Canopy Carnage. The red wool was easier to get than it looked..
I have a question :
1) Are we allowed to destroy the walls inside temple ruins and mine strategically to chests ?
The rules made it seem it was perfectly fine to do so. I heard this map was very hard, but it wasn't at all. The only hard part was wasting my time looking for places to go. It would have been nice to have more clues for each wool location. Wandering around aimlessly until you accidentally find a little ruin or a temple is not fun.
AKSpartanKiller just did his first episode on Labyrinth 2. Your minecart boosters are broken and don't work, he had to get out and walk and push the carts.
From what I see so far, the 2nd one is not as good as the first Labyrinth.
So, after a few weeks of playing around in Minecraft, I figured I'd make a video (part 1 and part 2) with voice commentary of my world. It is not special or anything, just a regular old world from a noob minecraft player.
I have a castle with a lava moat, a sky monster trap behind it, etc...
I don't know what to build inside of my castle, really... all of this space inside and nothing to do with it. It's not impressive or that interesting.
feel free to comment on the progress of my world so far on Normal mode (except for when I built the sky monster trap, that was on Peaceful mode)
Whenever I reach an intersection or fork in the path, I place two torches, on top of each other 1 above 1 directly below, on the wall that leads to the correct exit.
As you do deeper in, continue leaving 2 torches like this. when you need to exit, just go backwards and when you reach forks where you don't know where to turn, you have your 2 torches to lead all the way back
Finally finished the Sky Monster 150x150 trap. Took almost 7 real life days to complete...
Had I known it would have taken this long, I would not have done it :tongue.gif: Oh man...I mined for many hours just for the cobblestone required....had to keep running back..... ugh. Went through many diamond pickaxes... but I kept finding Diamonds while I mined the cobblestone, so it's OK i guess :tongue.gif:
Kiershar, did you do this legitimately or did you cheat with an invedit type program?
Did you do all of this legitimately, without any hacks or InvEdit type of programs or cheats?
I am currently building the Sky Monster Trap that you invented, but it's taking criminal amounts of cobblestone :tongue.gif: I filled my entire inventory several times with Cobblestone except for a pickaxe and ladders, and I still haven't even finished it. I'm at about 60% complete right now. The frame is finished, I dug up the underground caves and lit it all up with torches, but I am halfway done with the first floor. Takes a lot of time :tongue.gif:
but I think it's worth it. It's more fun to play this game without cheats or hacks like InvEdit :tongue.gif:

I found a deathpile, of 3 golden apples, a stack of planks and a stack of fences, diamond tools, a bucket, a few signs, and other stuff on the ground.
I never died here, and I -never- made a single fence, so I know this stack of fences and this deathpile wasn't me.
This deathpile belongs to Vech's and somehow it never despawned? It's part of the Canopy Carnage save file so everyone should have it
Coordinates :
x = 305
Z = 383
Later, I will go straight up in the trees to see if this deathpile was on purpose or not.
