Well... At least it's not a bucket-fill? Or at least not all of it....

Advice for the creator: Take your time and practice your pixel art before uploading your texture pack. Don't just make a generic "smooth/simple" pack with no detail whatsoever.

What credits? I don't see any "credits" here. Also, Vattic allows his pack as placeholders only. So unless you plan on changing all the textures from Faithful, take them out.
