Ok. You guys may not like it, and you may say that there are a lot of the same things on the forum out there, but I would like at least one person to prove how many there are out there. By the way, who said I was done? Oh, and Alvoria, you could be a little nicer. :) Also, if you don't like it, LEAVE ME ALONE. xD

Well, by titling your thread "v1.0.0", you are implying that you are releasing a complete version of your pack. And, you uploaded your resource pack to a PUBLIC forum, where anyone can see and comment on your stuff. If you can't take criticism, don't post your stuff to a public forum. Period. Nobody was being rude or mean here, just trying to help you out.

I'm sorry. I just like everything smooth and simple. It also helps people with laggy computers. I don't like thinks completely pixelated because they hurt my eyes. I'm planning to add more to it later. I'm sorry it doesn't fit your tastes. If you are going to remove it from the forums, then remove it. I spent a lot of time on it though and I just wanted to see what people would think about it. I thought it would look good for stuff like PvP.

First of all, bucket-fills do NOT reduce lag. I have no idea where people keep getting that idea... Secondly, you clearly did not spend a lot of time making this... It's a bucket-fill, come on... Thirdly, there is a reason these "thinks" are called PIXEL art... In addition to this, this isn't "smooth and simple". Simple packs still have minor distinguishable details. There is shading. It isn't all just one or two colours clashing together. Honestly, there are plenty of bucket-fill packs out there, you really didn't need to add to that. Anyways, please don't think that I'm hating on you or your pack, I'm really not, I'm just telling you that nobody is interested in another bucket-fill. I strongly recommend that you read some texturing tutorials here on the forums, and practice a lot before posting another pack. Again, I'm not hating or anything, just giving constructive criticism. (Wow... I wrote so much... gotta go sleep now, I'm exhausted)

It looks a bit too smooth and metalic.

Well, it is supposed to be smooth, but I guess I could add some noise to it. Yeah, I can see what you mean by metallic, I'll try make it a bit duller (is that a word?). Thanks again!

I would say you're off to a fine start. Everything looks good so far. That being said I would try not to follow the minecraft textures too closely when designing your own. What I mean is just because minecraft makes their stone bricks in that particular pattern you don't have to do that pattern. You can make stone bricks look like anything you want. I think a lot of packs follow after the minecraft textures too closely IMO. Great start anyway. Hope to see more from you.

Yeah, I see what you mean, but really, there's a limited amount of ways that you can make stone bricks, since after-all, they are bricks. In addition to this, I really don't have an issue with the way the default stone bricks look, which is why I kinda wasn't very inspired to change it too much. But yeah, I understand what you're saying. Anyways, thanks for checking out the pack!

It's nice to see a simple pack that isn't a bucket fill, something that actually took time to make. Nice work, hope to see more. :D

Yeah, I agree, the Resource Pack forum is way too over-saturated with bucket-fill "simple" packs. Glad you like it!

The cobblestone doesn't look very good in 64x and the stone has a noticeable seam-type thing on 64x.

    The dirt/grass looks nice though!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree that the stone in 64x tiles a bit strange, I need to fix that up a bit, but what is it that you dislike about the 64x cobblestone? I actually don't think that it looks too bad.

    Quote from CornyBuilder»

I think both the grass textures look nice, and i actually really like theboth the cobblestone! especiallythe 64x. But yeah, like Irish_Pixels said, the 64x stone lokks kinda wierd.

    Thanks for the feedback!

Wow, a lot has changed since I last saw this resource pack! Good job! Loving the new stone bricks! (I like the name change too. The new name is definitely more appealing.)

This is really good! I can't beleive it's not getting more attention! I think i'll use this a lot, nice job!

I'm glad that you guys like the resource pack so far!

Nope. I can do whatever I want. However, I would not be able to post it without his permission.

Also, the trapped chest and ender chest is still default.

Yep, as long as you follow the usage guidelines (Which is on the bottom of the thread) you guys can modify Crisp to your heart's content. Have fun making those models! :)

On a side note: WHAT?! I DIDN'T TEXTURE THE OTHER CHESTS? NOOOOOOOO!!!

Welllp, thanks for letting me know about that, I'll have those textured by the next update :D

    posted a message on Converting 16x Textures to 32x & 64x

I've been working on 32x & 64x resolution textures for my 16x texture pack "Crisp" (formerly "Chunky Bits"), which can be found here.

Once the 16x version is complete, I plan to also release the pack in higher resolutions. Since this is my first time working in resolutions higher than 16x, I wanted to post them here first, so I can get some feedback. I completed some of the more commonly found blocks first (Cobblestone, Stone, and Grass), just as an experiment. Let me know what you think!

    Tiled Cobblestone (32x):
