So is this version going to include swords from the previous Swords+ (like the Umbra Blade and the Legend of Zelda-esque swords)?

Your GPU (graphic processing unit) ist the most important for these shaders not your processor (CPU) so if you have a low end GPU you wont be able to play with shaders but with a GPU placed in the middle it took noone more than a few seconds to take a screenshot like that ;)

Oh trust me, I've got a perfectly fine GPU (GTX 760). But sometimes it takes a couple minutes to load the area of Far render distance.

So evidently, Shaders + Dynamic Lights = God Armor?

It actually happens without it. That happens if you stand on a block that a generic light source is in (torch, glowstone, jack-o-lantern).

    More Chroma Hills screenshots!

I would like to know what processor you use to get this to load fast, or if you have to wait like 2 hours like I have to to get a good screenshot?

I was very happy that I got a GTX 760 this Christmas, and immediately knew that first (well, tbh look at games with high quality like Skyrim), I should test out Shader Mod with it. Works. Wonders.

Phew, lots to read. Let's go one at a time, shall we?

-You seem to describe exactly what's been going on in my head with the grass. And the saplings for that matter. I'll definately deal with these...
-Shiny metal stuffs and gems. Ye...
-Sign and nametag: No. Mostly because it makes no sense. I understand that there is no other way to animate them, but that is because they are not animated...like ever...irl, would a sign do that? not really. In a chest, would a sign do that? Nope. Same goes for the fireworks, it just doesn't make sense .-.
-Compass with NSEW, um, not really in the bounds of this texture pack.
    -Blinking. Yes.
-Eggs wobbling, I like that one actually. I had someone suggest to have it crack, then uncrack(because that makes sense[not to mention it was already done by someone else])but I didn't like that idea.

Thanks pal, suggestions suggestions suggestions. I certainly love when original and fun ones come my way! Don't stop er'body!

I could actually help with a couple of those animations- but I cannot do mobs. I just don't know how to do it easily.

Of course, for a higher quality animation, I may have to use a higher resolution. But I'll see what I can do with both.

Currently working on: Egg shake. Proved to be a little difficult for me. I'm not good at movement. Just effects.

[Please prepare for Wall of Text]

I think for the tall grass you should animate a bit more than the ends to wave, it seems a little bit too less of movement. And maybe the Saplings a bit less waving, looks as though they're in the middle of a town in their own little tornado season. Also, slowing down these waving animations would make it looks more suttle. Also tools, swords and armor and other things using our fine materials should have a bit glint, along with the Wither (Relation to Nether..?) Star, those various ingots/gems. Another animation should be having the sign and nametag have text written on them, then erased and written again. Redstone related items should also have a pulse to them, including the trapped chest. The compass with a [N - E - S - W -] dial would be awesome too. Various mob animations with blinking would be rather interesting as well. TNT and Fireworks having a lit fuse. Maybe a bit of rattling on Eggs and Spawn Eggs.

These are not requests or a begging wall of text. Just suggestions.

Happy Birthday, bro. I love your mod and Magic Launcher, and it's amazing how long you've kept working on them despite loads of updates and people desperately asking for updates. Please keep Optifine and Magic Launcher rolling, loads of people pretty much need these two things to run minecraft (More or less with Magic Launcher). tl;dr, The mods are awesome, you're awesome for making these things and keeping them updates for so long. Happy Birthday.

Tip for people wanting to fix the 'respawning off the island' bug; just go to Open to LAN and use /spawn point on/over the bedrock in the middle of the island.

I would love to know why I can't run v10 standard at all (but for some reason unless if I look straight North/South, yet barely even on Tiny render distance), yet I run Lite and RC7 just perfectly fine. (Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT)

I'm not liking the new sun position because, well, the sun going a 45 degree angle of normal doesn't seem right to me. However, if the sun were to rise in a general direction of east, still be straight up at noon, and set in the exact other direction to where it rose, and everyday the part of the east it rose in was random.

    Hopefully that made sense. XP

    More glowstone issues.

From a distance, leaves go solid.

In strong daylight, it looks like classic.
I managed to get 2 bugs in 1 pic here. :P
During rain/snow, there are no shadows, and on fence gates there is a lighting glitch.

Glowstone is just acting "wierd" because of the doors.

    Mipmapping.

The shader turns off most of the vanilla shadows so the shader shadows impact more.

Normal. It's a directional bug with fences.
