How many hours a day can you benefit to our server?: This varies for me, some days I can be on for quite a long time (5 or 6 hours), but on others i might be on for 1 or 2. It really just depends on how much work I have for school or if I have work.
What is your past experience?: I have quite a bit of past experience, I've had staff ranks on quite a few servers, most notably moderator on the Hive, and admin on a few smaller projects. I've also been a builder on a multitude of servers.
Why do you want to help on our server?: It's been a good while since I have actively played minecraft, and I think that it might be worth returning to if I find the right place to play it. Honestly I see good potential in SkyPvP and thought it might be a fun, new and interesting change of scenery if I was able to take part with a role of leadership here.
What are your qualifications?: I'm a kind person at heart, I will treat our members with respect and hold a good moral standard for the community. I know how to build pretty well, so if the build team needed an extra hand once and a while I might be able to help out. I know the job of moderating quite well, and I know to a decent degree how to deal with people who might be angry or just upset in general.

I was Server Admin on a faction server, I've been co-owner on WarpGenX (sadly got shut down) and was Head-Admin on my friends server PhoenixPvP until it shut down and I owned my own survival server, and I have been admin on two towny servers that have shut down, so I do have the experience.
Why do you want to help on our server? I like helping people, that's the main reason I'm applying, I also like seeing players and servers achieve there fullest potential, I enjoy helping other players no matter how big or small their questions maybe. I am hardworking and will not give up until I get the job done. I am also confident at what I do on minecraft as I have been playing since beta, so I am committed. I also like to see servers achieve as much as they can so even if I am not accepted I will still help on the server and I am from Australia meaning that I can be online when other staff members are not. How many hours a day can you benefit our server? Around 6 to 8 on weekends, It depends on the weekdays.

What is your past experience?: Just like I stated with my last two applications, I am a staff member of my own server and lemon wars, most time I start out as a helper or trainee, but this server gives such an amazing chance for all people, currently, I have been promoted to Sr.Mod rank on lemon wars. This shows that I am a great staff member and that I could completely contribute to your server.
Why do you want to help with our server? I know that as a staff member, I am responsible for the server and the reputation that it gets, so I intend on taking my job as staff very seriously. Another reason I am applying for SkyPVP is that I enjoy social interactions, Minecraft is a very highly community-based game and so for a server to be successful, the community of the server needs to be happy. I'm sure that SkyPVP prioritizes its players which is a characteristic that I can respect, which brings me to my third point. Respect, I respect the owners and the administration team of SkyPVP. I can guess the amount of effort that you guys have put into the server and it shows how much you are dedicated to constantly making the server better. I’m also very efficient, professional, and very mature.
Efficiency: I’m sure many of your applicants say that they are active but activity is useless if the staff member does not use their time efficiently. I can be on for a good amount of time, I will spend every second of it helping players, banning people for the right punishments, and moderating chat to filter any unwanted toxicity out and try my best to keep the server clean.
Professionality: A successful staff team needs to be professional at all times when dealing with players. As I said before, staff represent the server and the staff help the server form the reputation that it has. I have seen numerous times where a staff member is unprofessional with a player in a support room or while talking to them about something, this usually leads to the player making some sort of report on the staff member for being unprofessional which will give the server a bad reputation. As a staff member on SkyPVP, I will always be professional and represent the server as best as I can.
Maturity: Alongside being professional, the staff team needs to be mature. People often mistake professionality and maturity as the same thing and although that they can be the same in many cases, they can also be very different from each other. Maturity means that you know when to be professional and when to have fun and joke around with your friends. For example, In a staff meeting, it is important to stay quiet, be listening, and ask important questions that will contribute to the conversation. While on the other hand, you can have fun when you are in a staff lounge with some friends of yours. It is very important to know when and where to be professional and when to fool around and have fun.
