Really, the current amount of dakka we're putting out is shameful. Gork would not be pleased at all. Er, maybe I'm thinking of Mork.
Anyway, let's see if I can help the situation!
Also, you said the Snipers were in a tower, which side of the river is that on?
Roll: 19
"Noticing the explosion caused by Ampulugator, you look for zombies strapped with explosives. Not seeing any openly visible, you aim for one with a bulging uniform and fire. *BOOOM!*"
*GM's Notes: It's on the zombie side of the river, but that no longer matters as much. Read on...*
I use that as justification for going full auto at the UnRed horde.
Kommandeur: "Conserve ammo! We are holding them off, not wiping them out!"
Roll 1: 2
Roll 2: 1
Roll 3: 13
"*DAKKADAKKADAKKA* *SPLAT*"
Your allies and you are doing well, pushing the tide back even further. You begin to think you might escape when you hear distant booms. Suddenly, Russian artillery begins hammering on your position. While the artillery isn't accurate, it makes up for it by targeting the entire half of the city you are in. As you and your allies try to find cover, you see artillery rounds ripping apart friend, foe, and civilians alike. Gameguy602 and ka_doink1234o0 barely manage to get out of the church just as shells obliterate it. Just as suddenly as they arrive, the artillery shells stop, leaving the full view of the carnage.
A full 400 of your allies are dead, and the Tiger suffered damage, but it can still fight. Fortunately, the bridge and the men on it were not hit, but they are frozen, staring at the corpses of their friends and allies, one visibly shaking as he brushes off a severed arm that landed on his shoulder. The Kommandeur rises and yells at the survivors, "Get yourselves together! There are still civilians that are trying to escape, and those rotten Bastarde are still coming!" Taking heart, the remaining forces reform, and no sooner than they do that the UnRed horde comes again.
Enemies:
UnReds: Too Many
Range: 200m
Allies:
80 Fallschirmjäger
1 Kommandeur
1 PzKpfw VI "Tiger" (damaged)
20 Fallschirmjäger (explosives, Working but shaken)
Players:
Gameguy602: Kar98k Scoped, 3 hand grenades.
Time to drag those tired PzKpfw VI "Tiger" pilots out of their and shoot at the bridge, hoping to make it crash. If it was successfull, I get out of the tank and scream YOU SHALL NOT PASS, BIATCHES!
aka. I am trying to kill the bridge so no zombies can get us.
The zombies are on your side of the river. You are holding the bridge to allow civilians to escape the city. You will detonate the charges after the zombies can't be held back any longer.
The Pig is: "People born in the Year of the Pig are chivalrous and gallant. Whatever they do, they do with all their strength. For Boar Year people, there is no left or right and there is no retreat. They have tremendous fortitude and great honesty. They don't make many friends but they make them for life, and anyone having a Boar Year friend is fortunate for they are extremely loyal. They don't talk much but have a great thirst for knowledge. They study a great deal and are generally well informed. Boar people are quick tempered, yet they hate arguments and quarreling. They are kind to their loved ones. No matter how bad problems seem to be, Boar people try to work them out, honestly if sometimes impulsively.
Oh... ehrm...
I then go back in time and convince myself that that was a stupid idea and right now just more dakka.
Roll 1: 4
Roll 2: 19
Roll 3: 7
Roll 4: 2
Roll 5: 10
"Yo dawg, I heard you like inconsistency, so I put some misses on your kills, so you can be inconsistent while you're fighting."
Your allies add to your dakka spam, but the UnRed tide pushes forward...until the Tiger says, "I see your dakka spam, and raise you a KABOOM!" ,which obliterates the front lines of the horde. Your Kommandeur screams at the explosives team, "Are you [expletive] done yet?!", to which they reply, "We're working on it, don't [expletive] rush us!"
Enemies:
UnReds: Too Many
Range: 205m
Allies:
480 Fallschirmjäger
1 Kommandeur
1 PzKpfw VI "Tiger"
20 Fallschirmjäger (explosives, They're working on it, don't rush them!)
Players:
Gameguy602: Kar98k Scoped, 3 hand grenades.
I apologize for the delays, but finals are approaching rapidly, and I have had little time to do much other than study and homework (it's 1:03 AM at the creation of this message). I promise on my honor that an update will come tomorrow morning.
You and your allies manage to bring down enough enemies to keep them from advancing, but you can already tell the horde is unstoppable. Nonetheless, you are prepared to fight for every inch of ground between them and the bridge. Suddenly, the Kommandeur yells, "Rig the bridge to explode! We can't let these things chase the refugees escaping the city! Hurry!" Twenty of your allies rush over to the bridge and begin arming it with what explosives the 9th still has.
