Why do you want to join? Cause I have been without a good server for a while, and would like an online experience again with Minecraft since my single-player time has been getting boring.
How long have you played Minecraft? Roughly nine months.
What are you looking forward to? A nice RP environment, nice people to hang out with and chat with, and a chance to just relax and play Minecraft online.
What is allowed in the Wilderness? Player vs Player combat.
What do we use for currency? Slimeballs at 1$ each and Golden Bars at 5$ each.

Apr 8, 2011I like that Pistons will be added, that look useful, fun, and add more to whole Redstone Mechanic.Posted in: Discussion
While I might not use it in all my Single-player maps, it will be useful if I want to have an easy way onto my roof, hallways I can open and close, trap holes, water gates, Mob-Repellant walls, ect.
= Pressure Pad

Unless the mob can aim directly infront of your door, they will step on the pad an get pushed backwards away from the door. Heck, that should even keep Spiders off the walls.
Plus, they will really help Adventure Maps, which will make them even better and more amazing.

Updating to 1.4
Been taking it easy this past week in anticipation of the 1.4 patch. Anyways MCP finished being updated yesterday to 1.4, so I began working on updating to 1.4 this morning. Currently most the way through updating but just giving an update on the progress. I will probably release the new version tomorrow morning with some additional decorations in the form of ropes, chains, and additional light objects that can be enabled/disabled via triggers.
So yah, not only will it be nice to have 1.4, but it looks like we get some more shiny new stuff, and they look like they should add even more fun things.
Now, I wonder if they will be climbable or merely decorations that you can walk through, but either way along with ropes+chains I hope there is vines as well, cause then all three bases would be covered, lol.
Apr 2, 2011Found this via Cryect's blog while looking up Adventurecraft info, and started to watch the video when I went "Wait a minute, why don't I just play it myself?" So I came here and dl'ed it, and my god, this was an amazing adventure. The atmosphere, the sounds, the flow, it was all awesome.Posted in: Maps
I had a lot of fun playing it, and I love the texture pack, so nice, and the water is so beutiful.
Apr 2, 2011ChaosJames posted a message on Clarification about redistributing Minecraft filesThis does bring up an interesting idea, that perhaps maybe Mojang should continue to host the previous version alongside of the current version, so that people that wish to go back to the older update (and didn't think to back it up) can log into the site and download it.Posted in: Forum Announcements
Apr 1, 2011You could of done something more creative for April Fool's Day, like that guy who made the Wolf-Riding Mod and made it so you turn into the Wolf, or the guy who pretended the Forest Temple from OoT had naturally spawned in his map, cause it at least came with nice pictures and a little story, which was interesting.Posted in: Survival Mode
Would of been funnier if this actually DID work, cause the date would make everyone think it wouldn't, lol.
Mar 23, 2011As long as we can still change our keybinds, then it won't be a problem. Personally, I use B for my inventory (due to all my time playing WoW, I now reach for the B button by reflex).Posted in: Survival Mode
I also use Y to drop stuff (cause I don't like accidently dropping things), F for Fog (and Shift-F to increase my Fog as going to the highest fog (especially in Adventurecraft) lags a lot more).
Really though, I don't care what people use, as we can change it and some people either don't use the default, or will just switch it back to I.

Do you agree to follow the rules?: Of course.
Why would you like to join?: Mostly because I require a SMP server to play on as I have been without internet for a while so I wanted to start fresh. I was also directed here by OnyxLeo and A7ac4ma because they want me to join.

I can still play the original mode without deleting my Mods?
Yes, this is a game seperate from the original Minecraft files, so it is run and played in a seperate game and does not interfere with your original copy of Minecraft.
Feb 13, 2011Posted in: Minecraft ModsQuote from FlamFlam »Awesome! I love the idea of the Power Glove.
I would like to test it out, but:
I installed it with the Logininstaller, and then I launched AC, hit single player, selected the first world, and this is what it shows me:
Sorry about the small size, but it says
SELECT A MAP TO PLAY
*Blank* (This is the problem)
Bumping wasn't really needed... On to the problem at hand, my best guess would be you downloaded the Mapless version of Adventurecraft.

Feb 7, 2011Love this, I wanted to do a Castlevania pack for a while, but I was too lazy, ha ha. Now all I need to do is find a way to change the CDs to Vampire Killer and Bloody Tears and I'll be so happy, lol.Posted in: Resource Packs
I also love how you did the Castlevania 2 joke, love that.
Feb 7, 2011I love this Mod, really fun, totally how you would expect Notch to make the Adventure Mode. I hope he's looked at this, its obvious that you know your stuff and have made a really awesome Mod.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
