This post is about my new Minecraft series, The Build Off!
The Build Off is a competition to see who is the better builder.
At the moment I am looking for a total of 20 contestants and 2 judges.
There will be more info in the next few paragraphs.
Every episode of the series there will be two contestants creating
builds that go with that episodes theme.
There will be one episode for the building and another episode for
the judging. During the judging there will be a final build off to
try and convince the judges to save the contestant.
There will only be one save per season, so the judges will have to use it wisely.

I am 16 years old, I will be 17 in September.
How often are you available and in what timezone?
I am available from 10 am. to about 7 pm. in Eastern Standard Time. Depending on if I have any doctors appointments I would be able to log on at 10 am. to 1:30 pm. then come back after at about 3:30 pm. and continue a normal schedule.
How long have you been playing Minecraft?
I have been playing Minecraft for about two years now, I think I am pretty good at it. I know more than the basics and I have beaten the game several times. I am somewhat obsessed with Minecraft, I love this game so much.
How long have you been playing on Mumau's Prison?
I have been playing Mumau's Prison server for about 2-3 months now. I know the basics of the prison and all of the rules. I know my way around the prison, including some secret passages that aren't really a secret but some people don't use them.
What's your current rank on the server?
My current rank is A Prisoner and I'm working on getting the Elite Prisoner rank.
Why would you be a good addition to our team?
I would be a good addition to your lovely guard team because I am loyal and honest. I tend to not pick favorites, every prisoner should be treated equally no matter what rank. I believe in being fair and having non bias decisions. Another reason why I would be a good guard is because I know the rules of the server and obey them. Every time I see someone breaking rules it just picks at me inside, it makes me wish I was a guard so I could do something about it.
For what reason(s) do you wish to become a guard?
I wish to become a guard because I want to help other prisoners and enforce the rules. I see so many new people who don't know what to do, any time someone needs help I will help them, no matter how small the problem is I will see to it that their problem will be solved. As for prisoners who are breaking the rules, I will not take things lightly. I will give warnings out and if they break the rules again I will enforce the server law and do what ever is necessary. One of my worst pet peeves is players breaking rules. I believe that if there are rules, everyone should follow them, no exceptions. Even worse when players actually get away with breaking rules! I will make sure to look out for rule breakers and serve justice for the server.
Why are you a better than the other players that want to fill this position?
I think I am better than other players for a guard position because I want to be a guard for what it is actually for. Being a guard is about helping people and keeping the server nice, safe, and clean. Being a guard isn't about bossing people around or just being a guard for the fun of it. Some people think just because they donate or that they have a lot of money on the server makes them good for being a guard. Well it't not, being a guard has a lot of responsibility and having money is not one of them. Some people will send in applications because being a guard will be "Cool" and being a guard will be "Fun". Being a guard isn't all fun and games, I will take things seriously. No goofing off, a little fun here and there is okay but not all the time. The point of being a guard is making things nice so other players can have fun.
Tell us about the ethics that must be applied in the guard system.
The ethics that must be applied are: Loyalty, Respect, Honesty, Fairness, Seriousness, Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Common Sense.
Loyalty
Loyalty to the server, being dedicated to your job and making sure you do whatever you can to make the server better.
Respect
Be respectful to each and every player, even if they aren't the most respectful person in the world.
Honesty
Be honest about what has happened if something goes wrong, tell the truth. Honesty is the best policy.
Fairness
Always be fair to others, treating everyone equally and not being bias towards others just because of the way they act or talk.
Seriousness
Take your job seriously, guards aren't supposed to goof off and mess around. Guards are here to enforce the rules not break them.
Teamwork
Work with other guards, be a team. Try to get along and be helpful to each other.
Problem Solving
Problem solving is helpful, instead of just letting things happen, actually help with the situation. If someone has a problem you should do your best to help fix it.
Common Sense
With most things you just have to use common sense. If you see someone break the rules you should take action not just sit there. If someone tells you that someone did something don't just punish the accused right away, wait to hear both sides of the story and find some form of proof, then take action.
Have you ever been warned for breaking the rules? If so, what was the reason?
No, I have never been warned for breaking any rules, I would never plan on breaking rules, ever. I play by the rules as everyone else should.
Have you have been banned before?
No, I have never been banned from any server I have ever played.
What is your situation with armor and money?
I still don't have any armor but I am considering leather armor, as for my money situation I have $39,000 and increasing.
Any other information as you see appropriate
I don't know if being 16 might too young, but I am very mature for my age. I am mature as in I don't find things that are childish that funny. I find swearing and rude words unnecessary and immature. They are not part of my vocabulary. I have not been playing as often as I used to because I was taking exams for school and doing extra chores around the house. Now that it is summer vacation I can start playing more often.I missed playing this server so much.
P.S. Old Gregg... I didn't have that in my first application, I didn't know that you had to have it in your applications. I was wondering why everyone had that in their posts lol...
Maybe you could start expanding on where Ethics should be applied in guard system.

As for the money situation, I know that I don't have that much money but since I have posted my first reply I now have about $5,000.
