Endergirl00 already covered everything, so I don't need to make a long post. But a lot of this idea is somewhat sloppy and just come off as things that would be in the game 'just to be there'. No need to add in an entirely new dimension just for that.
This is a pretty wonky idea. The whole "waking up later thing" isn't really that great of a balance point. It still changes your spawn point and saves you from some hostile mobs like a normal bed would anyway. If you're out of sheep, wait for spiders.
Fun fact i sleep in the day and stay awake during the night, a lot of people do, especially gamers, and if you find it useless then you do not have to use it.
P.S. I am not trying to be rude this is my natural attitude.
"init.dll was not found, would you like to search for it?"
Come on man, didn't we go through this in your other thread? It's very... curious that you're using not one, but multiple methods of suggesting this. "Turn this mod into vanilla!", "This is realistic!", "It's okay guys, you can turn it off, so don't complain about it!"
So metalbones1, you're telling me that once you 'set up shop' near a good water source, you're just gonna blindly smile as the water source empties out more and more, and looks real ugly every time you take a square of water. Hmm... Interesting...
Noone is saying they are, people are merely making a suggestion so what's the problem? If stairs can be placed depending what angle you aim them at (And logs); why not slabs?
I never stated there was a problem... I don't have any quarrel with side slabs, though implementing it could be weird the way the game handles collision. Not that that would make adding the idea impossible.
If this is a small suggestion, you could've placed this in the Small Suggestions thread.
This suggestion is pretty ranty and one-sided. Do you honestly need vertical slabs that bad? Perhaps the developer's reasoning is more sensible than yours? I mean it's still their game. I never understood the thread-after-thread mentality of users here who want vertical slabs. I'm sure they'd be a nice add, but they aren't a cancer cure.
I don't see how spectral arrows, polar bears and dual wielding is less "Minecraft" than vertical slabs..?
I think I could do without a stronger variant of an infamous troll mob. I also don't see any point of the creeper moss? If all you can do with it is to craft it into gunpowder, why doesn't it just drop straight gunpowder? And half a minute of nausea? Nah, I'm good. Thanks though.
Boy, there sure is a lot of "The ______ Update" threads going around...
We already got a "The Update the Changed the World" for biomes, so this is just redundant. I must say, this idea of yours has quiiiiite a lot of focus on rivers... The flooding part isn't needed and would just cause annoyances. I support some of these but not as it's own update.
If this is even a serious suggestion, it's terrible. Annoying, pointless, and awfully unbalanced.
Well gee, he keeps making the same kind of threads despite the plethora of advice given to him. And he always favors suggestions that are objectively proven to be bad. Makes you wonder... Hmmmm...

Duuude, can you break up that wall of text?

Wasn't this an idea that was going to be in The Combat Update, but got rejected?

You could manipulate this into being a pincushion for a bunch of free arrows, especially if you got some regeneration/health potions to spare.
I like the concept, but still, no support.

Yup.
Because we don't need it. And have chests. And have ender chests. And have donkeys.

Perhaps your natural attitude is rude then.

I hate to keep harping here, but if this is a new dimension, you can't just list the names of things without describing them...
I think you should read this.

Just... "floating cities"? Could you perhaps... give us more to go on?

I don't think you understand what kind of suggestions this forum is meant for...

The all lowercase title was a dead giveaway before I even entered the forum.

Oh no support by the way.
