This sounds too... "heavy industrial" for a game like this. The game could get away with some sort of lifeless wasteland as a biome, but not something with "nuclear" tied to it. It doesn't go side-by-side that well with potions and swords. All the world has is villages and caves, who exactly is dumping said waste? And what the guy above me said, putting a hazmat suit on just for the sake of making a nuclear biome feel more nuclear would get old fast.
i agree with this i like andesite but granite and diorite are annoying especially diorite that white on grey just SCREAMS at me it drives me insane sometimes i mine diorite and then throw it into lava just cuz i hate it so much
This isn't a good reason to remove it from everyone's game.
and triceratops is a fast way to travel without rails or water
That's what horses/mules are for. This is way too weird and clichéd. I don't want dinosaurs in Minecraft and we don't really need copycattish tamable mobs.
I get you're not a huge fan, but this suggestion doesn't hurt anything. I doubt my vision of Minecraft 2 would ever come to fruition, but I hope to convince people that a Minecraft sequel is feasible.
The threads you made don't really make me think "I second thought, a sequel would be pretty wicked!" As a lot of the stuff you presented don't require a sequel at all. I know I've said this before, but this just comes off as the same game with a different coat of paint and a few extra bits thrown in. You're better off making a game completely original.
Could you explain? The magic resistance is to give some less-used tiers, such as leather, some good use, and allows some more variety in mobs. I'm not suggesting actual magic, it just makes it possible to resist potion effects.
Eh that's plausible. I'd actually prefer some of that in the original game.
I think you should have done some searching. People suggested this stuff for years. Emerald and obsidian armor are among the most unfavored suggestions. A few bonus points for attempting to give the armors some uniqueness, but are overpowered. Emeralds can be farmed easily so it'd be stupid easy to get that stuff. Coal and redstone armor would be weird.
Remember that despite sharing the same model, Chorans behave very differently from Creepers. I agree that a simple reskin wouldn't work, but Chorans take new aspects and put a new spin on the old formula. Also, Husks and Strays showed us that Mojang is perfectly fine with reskinning mobs for specific regions- at least Chorans have different behaviors, sounds, and drops.
The mechanics are fine. Note that Husks and Strays are in the same dimension as Skeletons. Copying a Creeper to a different dimension is just weird. I can understand if this was just a placeholder, but this idea would go much much farther with an original model.
I always think that redstone is really fun, but if all the redstone power need to be generated in vanilla minecraft, than it would be much much more fun!
Uhh... Where does the 'more fun' part fit in here?
Generator: just like furnace, but only one input space.Put flamable item in to generate power.
Does this mean we have to constantly micromanage non-stop to make sure these generators are always running?
(Advence)Redstone Power storing bank(RDPB):To store power(can wirelessly connected to the generator. Can add name/code so that the power can transfer to the assign storing bank.)(advance RDPB can store more power).
The closest thing we have to electricity is a red dust. I don't think anything wireless would fit Minecraft at all.
Creative energy core:Infinity of energy(Only can be used in creative mode.)
And there is one more little suggesstion, i hope that the redstone stuff wont be wash away by water.
That wouldn't make any sense. Since redstone is a tile entity, it has the same mechanics as they other not-really-a-block-but-placeable things. No support, sorry.
Everything was fine until I saw the Creeper... Which makes me think of the dreaded, infamous "ender creeper" suggestions. I don't want to speak for Mojang, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't just reskin a Creeper for the end.
See how there is a split in the community? The only way to satisfy both kinds of people are to have two different modes, or at least some other method of division.

I was actually hoping you'd drop this whole sequel thing... The dodging stuff is okay but I'm not liking the "magic resistance" thing.

*sees the word "gun"* Oh boy...
Look how expensive the charge is, I'm better off just using my iron sword. I don't like this. This is one of those "slapped together" ideas.

Suggested many times before. This opens the door for some potential major exploits.

Well uh, it's original. Almost all things can be crafted in more than one way so I don't understand what this 'unsmelts'.

I would actually love this to the unhealthiest degree ever. I can't see it happening, but I'd be all over it.
