...i think you're confused about what i said because that reply made no sense.

The FAQ doesn't say anything about how you intend to implement a "Thermal Smeltery", and there's a lot of ways you could do that. I was giving my suggestion.

I think all you'd really need to do for a "Thermal Smeltery" is make an RF Smeltery Controller block.

Is it possible to ad a custom model?

He's mentioned it a few times so I'll save him the trouble. Get a techne model and he'll consider it.

    EDIT: I take that all back! I just installed the latest MLP mod to see how it worked now.... Now it completely overwrites every players skin, including my skin for this mod. Everyone is a blasted Pony! > :o I didn't want that to happen, I just wanted to see players who were ponies. x.x;
I will continue to test and see if i can't figure out a way to get my Furry model back and the other players to their old selves again.

Check the MineLittlePony config in the /mods folder (yeah, i know) for the "ponylevel" option, change it to 1 (it defaults to 2).

    Quote from Verdana »

Change ponylevel to 0 if you do not want to see ponies (everyone will appear human), and 1 if you only want to see the players who use Mine Little Pony skins as ponies (the rest of the players will appear human). The default setting of 2 changes everyone into a pony even if they are using a human skin (they'll get assigned a random skin supplied with the mod).

The big problem with MineLittlePony is that it's actually a litemod, with liteloader bundled in it, as well as the HDSkins litemod. It messes up all sorts of things and really just needs to be completely re-written.

I don't suppose you could extend this to be a general IRC mod? Since you're connecting to Twitch through IRC, I can't imagine it would be too difficult to simple open up the server input to be whatever the user wants?

Thank you for your kind reply, but what is OP?

OP means "original poster" or "original post" depending on context. In this case, he means the beggining of the thread, where fihgu posted the mods.

He is mistaken however, as beta 3 is still 1.4.7, not 1.5+.

Would be nice if this mod could add some animal type models as well, especially since MineLittlePony has completely destroyed forge support. My cat skin doesn't work so well on a human model >_>

posted a message on Factorization 0.8.108
It's been reported by some players on my server that the barrels they have suppling dirt and fertilizer to a forestry tree farm periodically just stop existing. It's as if something just removed the barrel from existence and dropped all it's content, including the extra-dim upgrade, on the ground. They think it might be the leaves on the trees "growing over" the barrels, I'm unsure if this is something that needs to be fixed in Factorization, Forestry, or a little of both. Maybe it's just a vanilla bug.

Server and Clients are running Minecraft 1.4.7, Factorization 0.7.10, and Forestry 2.0.0.11 (among many other mods that i don't think have uch effect on this).

I apologize if it's something that has been addressed in the current version, I have been waiting to update my server 'till all the mods are ready for 1.5.

People really don't seem to understand what Limbo is, do they?

There isn't supposed to be anything in Limbo, that's the point. It's Limbo, Limbo is an empty void between life and death, it's where things that get lost in the space-time continuum end up. If there were mobs or treasures or anything else there it wouldn't make any sense -_-

posted a message on [1.5.X] [Forge] Enhanced Books! (DISCONTINUED, LINK TO NEW VERSION IN TOPIC)
    Quote from Chalybs_Levitas

So I've tried updating the config file for the storage bookshelves, but I can't seem to get it to work. I can't get it to work for any of the books/parchments/scrolls I've tried to add, but I'll just put down what I've tried for the Ars Magica spellbook, first:

    spellBook
    itemSpellBook
    spell_book
    spell_Book

None of these worked, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong (it's in the ArsMagica.cfg as spell_book). Any ideas?

P.S. I'm putting it on the 'S:AllowedItems=' line in the same format as the rest of the stuff on that line.

I am having this same issue. It works fine if you put miscperipherals in the regular mods folder, but you lose the extra functionality from putting it in coremods. (Not entirely sure what extra functions it has to begin with)
