    Mipmaps are basic smoothing of distant textures. For example, mipmap level 16, things about 20 blocks in front of you will be a little bit more blurred from what I understand.

    FlowerChild, I've been using your mod a little, great work, I love it and it's lots of fun! But I wanted to know if you will ever make it compatible with Optifine.
    My Graphics Card is ****, and I'm still trying to get a new one, so I've been using Optifine to increase my fps and also used it for HD Textures like Faithfull, and got kinda' creeped out when I saw everything demanding I use McPatcher (Which I tried, and gotten an error message on). So if there is any way to fix this on my own, please tell me and you will never see me whine again. :D
