The most abusive thing done in this video was frog punching then healing you. As to him killing you at the end, you were in his plot. I believe (and unless this has changed) that the rule is that Guards are allowed to free-kill anyone within their plot.
Can someone do something about hallow? Like ban him from events or something. Maybe permban?

Not only is that important but there's a large number of riots inside of C block and guards aren't always online or aren't paying attention to what happening around the corner. I'd like to help out and protect C blockers from the dangers of the prison from being at a disadvantage. so that they'll be able to rank up and avoid all of the "C Block Drama", instead of rage quitting from Frees picking on the new players.
There's a large number of riots when guards actually DO COME ON, but instead of having a fair fight, they group up in teams and it usually ends up in a 2 or 3 v 1. (with the help of some random C Blockers)Even with 42 guards inside of that faction they're not as active as they should be, I'm willing to spend and take the time out of my day to protect the in-mates from harming one another and me. I understand that I don't have that much experience on the server itself, but from past jobs as guards on other servers I can make that up to you. If we can work together and build a stronger faction, I believe we can successfully keep the streets free from violent activity. With your help, we can make that happen.
I'm willing to take upon the role of becoming someone that represents the server in the greatest way possible. My schedule is always open for free which allows me to stay active and use teamwork to suppress riots or jail abusers. It's my duty to be responsible for my own actions the responsibility to keep the streets safe morning and night. Not only am I looking forward to helping guard wise, but I'm also looking forward to participating in community activities and showing acts of kindness. People don't deserve to be killed repetitively, and I've noticed how careless other guards can be. I'm hoping I can change their attitude and show more confidence, and help them progress pvp-wise and also as a person. There's too much laziness and we need to change the direction we're moving in, once we fix that we can work on other problems and different situations as a server itself. For the unlucky members of our community that aren't the strongest - pvp wise, I want to help keep them safe and away from danger. It's not only a job, it's a lifestyle of courage, strength, and wisdom, for the benefit and progressive outcome of the server.
One of my main qualities as a person is my friendliness and acceptance towards making new relationships with other players. It helped me fit in to the server community and establish relationships with other players. I've learned the ups and downs from other players, the server history, and information about the overall server. Most players believe that I am an alt account, but it just shows how friendliness, and respect go a long way. It allows me to communicate on a day to day basis and share information to new players. That way I can keep everyone happy as long as there are things *out of my control.

I know I'm not in any of the parties and don't have ts or anything but I do have some ideas for convicted. 1. More things like Benjii factory Convicted DOES have lots of "quests" but the problem I have is all of them are parkour. More things like benjiis factory would be cool to even it out. Maybe have puzzle things where you have to use your mind or something? Also having these be able to take place of a star would be nice. EX you can get TTQ star OR whatever puzzle thing for chaos. I suck at parkour, cant even do TQ but I still do want chaos one day. Stuff like this would be great. 2. An event for C's maybe?(like parkour+ a puzzle for c's) Convicted regularly gets new players, however our problem is keeping them. While it does have lots of things to do, you have to be free to get them, and most people quit before that. An event for c's would help us retain those people while they rank up. It would make C more fun for newcomers. Now I know the whole point is to work hard to get to free, but just a small thing like this (they dont even have to be big or give out xp. Maybe 100-200 bp? Also only C's can do them so Free's cant exploit for tons of cash) would help us keep players. 3. A guard event maybe? I know we choose to guard, but as a guard getting xp even if you are donor can be hard (especially if you suck at parkours) I'll post more as I come up with them.
