Who didn't mind? I WAS there when you built on top of our hill, and I WAS there when you dug a hole in my floor. You damaged my property. That's griefing. And I did say something along the lines of 'why did you dig a hole in my floor?'

Maybe you missed it, but we did say something. Besides, if I didn't care about you building there, why am I posting this now?
You also dug a random hole in our floor for no particular reason.

Hey, peoples. To ugiggi, tryllo and I DID complain. As soon as we heard about it, we immediatly looked up and we were definatly pissed. It's our hill, not a big one at that, and we were the first to colonize that piece of land.

Hey, my buddy randomthingz (IGN cat567) will most likely be applying soon today. He's a lot like me, mature, and I hope you accept him.

Also, to my buddies SharpG, Blanksurgery and Sloshed, I have a great idea.

I designed a type of beacon tower we could position in all corners of the desert filled with wood, boats and tools to help travelers survive. It would have to work with the honour system - take what you need, leave what you can for the next weary traveler.
They could be positioned:
a) Beacon after beacon, leading people towards our base (when we make it)
:cool.gif: Randomly scattered around the desert, to help lost travelers gather themselves on their own quest to find fertile land.

Reason you should be accepted: (At least 3 complete sentences.) I've been looking for a good server where I can compete with people but not constantly have my hard work destroyed by griefers. I am an exellent architect and could contribut greatly to the structures of the guild I create or favour. I'm a great sniper (with the bow) and enjoy the position of soldier. I am o.k with redstone and can make a decent TNT cannon. I'm not a chaotic or griefing person, in fact when my last structure (in another server) was griefed I got so sad that I said 'Goodbye, cruel world!' and hurled myself off the top of my ruined tower. I hate griefers . May notch be with you !

I hate to bring the whole reason for the flame war back up, but at this point I would just like to say I apologize for whining. In the heat of the moment, I just blew my top. MistarC, VantagePoint, you may or may not want to apologize for griefing (twice in two days), but I'm not forcing you to. Truce, ok?

P.S. My clan and I are regrouping... watch your back, guys :wink.gif:

Ok, ok, I think I've calmed down. I apologize, people, for going ballistic after being griefed (for the 2nd time in 2 days). I would just like to let MistarC and Vantagepoint know that they were being complete assholes (hey, it says asshole on the front page!) and did not appreciate their relatively immature behaviour. I do realize this is a PvP server, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean going around ruining people's day by destroying their hard work. On the other hand, if it does, I will be talking to my clan to head back to the Art of War server, were war and building are equally valued.

You don't need moderators to keep swearing down, you just need people to GROW UP!

ARGH, the nerve of those stupid assholes! I want MistarC and VantagePoint warned, if not banned! They were using profane language (the f word) frequently and griefing ecessively! What is wrong with some people, I'll never know. If you're reading this, MistarC and VantagePoint, I'll remind you that one of the courtesies is the not be a dedicated asshole, and when you signed up you had to answer honestly if you were mature! I see the real answer is no, because killing and griefing and destroying people's hard work "for the luls' is NOT MATURE!

This griefing is becoming way too much! My clanmates and I are just a peaceful town, yet MistarC has twice now attacked us as we worked , destroyed our town and stole from our chests! What is this, seriously? Can I get this guy banned for obscene language or something, he's driving my nerves to the limit! It's idiots like him who take away all the fun in this game!

Things are turning out ok. Apparently Kavyn had hidden our chest, so we have all our cobble. I found a bunch more iron and lots of lapiz lazuli. Kavyn told me he and Killersmurf were there, and that the robber was MistarC. I sent the leader of that other clan, Raiders or something, a PM requesting an assasination (on there ad on Nagura topic they said they did contract killings). I'm thinking we could pay them with the lapiz lazuli which I found (6 of them).

Tower progress: We currently have 15 stacks of cobble, halfway there!

Some guy came, destroyed our city and stole all our stuff while my clanmates and civilians and I were offline. Is that legal? To raid a city who's occupants are SLEEPING?

Hey, I just checked the Nagura topic and it turns out we can buy 16 glowstone for a dollar. But I think we should discard the lighthouse idea anyway, it's kinda cheezy. Anyway, I think I'm going to do a bit of mining on my **** laptop.

EDIT: It appears that someone came, trashed our house, stole our stuff and ran away while we were offline. Is that legal? Anyways, I could only salvage what I had on me, which was close to 2 stacks coal, 2 stone axes, some wood, a stone pick, a stone sword and... nothing else of use. That means we lost our cobble, iron and flint. I guess we just have to keep going. All I'm sad for is the iron, I was going to make that into picks and swords n stuff.
