Is this a good way to do it? Im not the best at redstone and super compact wasn't really my goal, just semi compact and reliable

It seems to work but I'm not sure if its a good way or 100% reliable

I fixed it
I needed to give it a radius of 2 because I guess the plate was setting it off before I was in the correct block

Wait :c It doesn't work
If a mob sets off the pressure plate it still teleports the player no matter where they are

If the x/y/z/r parameters appear in that exact order at the very beginning of the set of parameters, you can condense them by removing the labels (x=, y=, etc.):

In 1.8, you can use a radius of 0 to select an exact block location:

`/tp @p[5,2,5,0] X Y Z`

Why doesn't this work?
I used a radius of 10 for testing
tp @p[-192, 64, 191, 10] -192 64 191

Basically I have this (Stacked in this order)

Pressure plate
Random block
Commandblock

Inside the command
tp @p X Y Z

I need it to not use @p (Nearest player) but still tp whoever stands on the pressure plate.
Any ideas?

posted a message on Pokémon Kanto Region (From Firered) [Update 4/16/2014 15:55]
So I decided to start building the Kanto Region from Pokémon Firered yesterday
It doesn't look very good, for one reason I'm not a great builder, the second reason is I'm building it to scale with the game Pokémon Firered
By to scale I mean
That is 20 steps (Tiles), so I build it 20 blocks across.

I don't have a lot done but I'll be updating this post every once in a while to show what I have added

Since I'm building to scale, and most buildings in Firered are bigger on the inside, I'll use command blocks like this

(Sorry for the lag, my computer doesn't run well when recording)

Right now I have Pallet town (Outside only) and Route 1
Here are some pictures I took yesterday while building it

This is my pallet town

Still need to build the trees where I lined it with oak wood

I finished building route 1
I changed the height of all trees from 3 wood blocks and 1 leaf block to 4 wood blocks and 1 leaf block due to the 3 high trees getting in the way of the one way cliffs.

I changed all one way cliffs to Podzol so they are brown like in the game
I started on the floor of Viridian city

The glass is where trees will go, the blue wool will be water, and the slabs are to hold sand path / building outlines, The little bit of brown in the top right is going to be the mountains

I mostly finished Viridian, Still needs trees and most of the buildings, and mountains but everything is marked as to where it goes

I finished Pallet town (Outside only)
It looks pretty bad because I wanted to do it all tile for block (The game is made up of tiles)

I'll add more like route one and the other towns and stuff, and make a inside to the pallet town buildings (Im thinking the insides of places need to be done when I have all of the outside places done, like EVERYTHING, since I don't wanna put something somewhere then have to build over it

I'm starting a map today that is going to be a remake of the Kanto region, I know its been done before (I found a video on youtube) but it wasn't done with command blocks because they hadn't been made yet
In most Pokémon games (If not all?) a lot of the buildings are much bigger on the inside than the outside
So with command blocks I can remake the game, with the inside of the buildings too!
Here is the way I will do it
Also maybe it has been done with command blocks, still sounds fun to do because I love Pokémon
Its a pretty simple thing but I think its cool
Also sorry for messing with the settings during the video, my computer goes very slow when I am recording

Is there a mod that could open a ender chest every time I press a button or say a command? (/chest?)
I basically want to use it as a way to set favorites in my creative worlds for blocks I use the most
(Such as block /give name 43 1 8, that can't be taken from the creative menu)
