12 gauge shotgun, ten shells, a big metal flashlight, a half eaten bag of frozen chicken nuggets, and a multitool that is missing the knife and bottle opener. He has a can he uses to drink water from.

It's not a monster! YOU ARE THE MONSTER!! RAWRSS!!!
I'm not sure how much a 3d rendering of an awesome fictional person is going to help me much.

Behavior- They would live in little generated homes, and they would start with a bed, a chest, and a workbench. They would mine, and store their valuables (cobble would be deleted when they break it) in their chest. They always mine with pick axes they actually gathered the materials for, by punching trees. They always make tools when they have the chance, but store half of their stuff. So if they gather 6 iron, they only use 3 ingots. (they smelt it just by mining it), and then use that three to make a priority list: Highest to lowest, this is what they do if they are just starting, if they have a pickaxe already of the material they are gathering, they will skip that one. Here it is: First they make a pickaxe, then sword, axe, then finally a shovel, and shears. So yeah, hope you don't find that confusing.
Relationships- There is a relationship point system with them. It is a 0- 100 system, 0 being absolute hatred, 100 being they are your faithful companion. They start at either 50 (neutral) or 40 (they will attack if you get close or go into their house). To raise this, give them stuff. It MUST be a valuable (diamond, iron, coal, etc.) or wood (processed or log) for them to pick it up. When they pick it up, it raises the points. To lower the points, attack them, take from their chests, and break parts of their house. (if something breaks a part of the house, they gather stuff and then fix it). LEVELS OF RELATIONSHIPS: 0= sworn enemy, attacks on sight. 20- Bad enemy, attacks when you get within 30 blocks or near their home. 40- Enemy, attacks you if you get in 10 blocks to them, or near their house. 50- Neutral, doesn't do much with you, may be curious and come closer. 60- Friend, offers simple trades of wood and coal. 80- Good friend, defends you if you are within 50 blocks of him (never teleports), maybe gives small gifts.. 95-100 Faithful companion, will follow you, and gather resources and give them to you. Goes to your house if right clicked? Now all of these are like this for a reason. NO marriage. NO advanced trading. Just keep it simple. But basically, it is 0-49 (attacks at certain ranges, and if you are close to their home. 50- neutral. 60-99, helps you. 100- faithful companion, lives with you.
Other notes- They NEED food, just like the player, and use tools, that work like they normally would. They have more health than the player (since they attack mobs and you they should be extra tough for a challenge), and wear armor.
So yeah, live in shacks, simple trading, simple relationships (see the relationship points over their head IF YOU PUT THE CROSSAIR ON THEM, they attack mobs, hunt and eat animals, mine, and build small dwellings.
They would be SOLITARY, and always start at either 40 or 50. And if you attack them, they pull out a sword and attack you. Once they don't have many hearts, they sprint away, maybe dropping their sword. AND they would hunt animals. AND actually mine a little bit. Not too much though.
PS: There would be kind of 'tiers' when it comes to their homes. They start with a simple wooden/dirt shack. Then they expand and improve to the point that they have a multi room house with windows and other accessories such as a deck or basement, and always have a mine. If you could make like, 6 tiers, that would be cool. And so the houses have differences, make it so they can have say, three out of ten properties. Like say some properties are a deck, basement, dock (water side exclusive), watch tower, and forge. Each house randomly chooses three, then the survivor must gather the stuff, then build it. And there could be 'special' houses, like a mountainside one that is embedded in the side of a cliff, or an underwater one (that could happen if the survivor has had a house that picked underwater property, then he makes glass and stuff.
Please follow my EXACT instructions if you want to make this. And sorry, but no pay. Hear me, NO PAY NO PAY NO PAY!!!!!!!
A +1 would be nice :3

PS: My avatar is a creature from the book I am writing. It is caveman like, and likes to throw rocks. And since it is from another planet, zombie-ism doesn't affect it, I guess.

Do I have to donate to climb up the ranks? I would make a very valuable admin helper person, I love to catch and mess with hackers, I have been a mod on 2 servers (Ferrantecraft and Leolupin's survival server) and I run my own hamachi server, and even banned someone once. But I don't donate.... I am an experienced, mature player, and I love pvp. I also have a close knit group of MC buddies who may come on some time later if I like this server. Just saying.

Yes
3. What have you done so far?
Made 3 bases, killed some guys, then got killed and autotoxin killed me a bazillion times because they had a home set in my base.
4. What do you like about the server? [Optional]
It's smallish, and pvp.
5. What don't you like about the server? [Optional]
Everyone who has good stuff is against me and my crew of 5. Some are even real life friends, so if I attack them, their buddies pop on and kill me with ease.
6. How is our staff doing? [Optional]
They are decent. They say dumb things and be immature, but what do you expect? xD
7. What would you like see added to the server? [Optional]
Hmm.... maybe some way to help level the playing field?
8. Are there any rules that you feel should be changed, added, or altered?
Thick glass should not be able to be broken in sieges.
