Lots of people have been asking about what A is like, and the spawn does a decent job, but it is limited to space, so I thought I would write this A-Block FAQ up.

What are the perks of A-Block?

In A-Block, there is no A-Mine or any special areas. Instead of using money to rank up, you use keys from the previous ranks to rank up, which is explained in more detail below.

How Do I Rank Up To A-Block?

You get to a block by ranking up from B-Block. which costs 50k.

How Do I Rank Up To Free?

You have to collect all 5 keys, turn them in, and then you will be ranked up. You get one key from each rank, so there is a Criminal Key, D Key, C Key, B Key, and an A Key.

How Do I Get Keys?

To get all of the keys, you need to have 8 key parts (see below) and one piece of coal to make one key, which look like this. The way to get all of the keys for ranks Criminal to B-Block are the same, and A-Block is a separate way, which is going to be described below. You can't kill people and get their key as you will be unable to pick it up

What Are Keyparts?

Keyparts are needed to make the keys and look like this. You can not get them by killing others, as they are account-bound, and unless they are yours, can't be picked up on the ground except for the A-Block keyparts.

How Do I Get the Keyparts For Criminal - B-Block?

To get the key parts, you need to mine even more! There is a 3% chance when you mine Coal, Gravel, Diamonds, Iron Ore, Gold Ore, or Lapis in the mines. But, if you mine a Coal Ore in B-Block, it will only work for the B-Block Key.

How Do I Get the Keyparts For A-Block?

To get the keyparts, you need to go to the Hunting Grounds and kill the Angry Witch. Once the witch is dead, it drops a key part with a 100% chance. The key parts are not account-bound, so if a group of people kill the Witch, the first person to pick it up gets it.

How Do I Make the Key For Criminal - B-Block?

To make the key, you need to go into a crafting table and put the key parts around the side and put a piece of coal in the middle.

How Do I Make the Key For A-Block?

To make the keys for A-block, you have to make inscription paper, which you make by surrounding a diamond with a piece of paper. After you get the pieces of paper, you need to put a keypart in the middle of the crafting table, and one piece of the inscription paper to the right of it. After you have all 8 of them, you but them all surrounding a piece of coal to get the key.

How Do I Turn Them In?

If you /spawn to get to A-Spawn, walk forward to the End Portal Frame with they keys in your inventory. Then, put the key in your hand and right click the end frame to turn it in. Once you have all 5 in the End Portal Frame, you will then rank up.

Did you expect a huge supply of books to start right when the updates came out? You say the reason for the low supply is that people are going to keep the good books, but how about the fact the since the system is new, not everyone has had a decent amount of time to farm for the books? I mean, granted, yes, people will probably hold onto books, but you need to let the system play out a little bit before you talk about supply and demand. Like everything else in capitalism, it takes time.

Banned from life would imply you are killing someone. So what you are saying is that everyone should be allowed to break rules? That Killion should just be an anarchy? He posted a picture of himself breaking a rule, why should he be not be banned over others who have done the same thing? Breaking a rule is breaking a rule. And how are you supposed to develop a sense of what is right or wrong without consequences? Otherwise I would assume 90% of people would just keep doing wrong things.

If you currently own a courtyard plot OR rent a black market stall/a cell in any of the Prestige blocks you must clear your belongings by Saturday night. Any items remaining in them will be cleared and will not be refunded.

This is necessary to fix an issue. If you own the plot, you will keep ownership of the plot. However rentals will be reset to being unowned.

Would it be possible you stagger the rentals to be able to be rented? Otherwise the entire BM will be going up at one time and will hurt people.

Umm...pretty sure that isn't how guarding works. Regardless of the apple discussion, guards still need to be balanced. That would be like giving guards godmode and Sharp X swords. It just wouldn't make sense.

Or maybe you don't have access to the resources available that the wardens do, so you are basing it all on assumptions, but you are claiming that people are abusing. Am I on the same page now?

Going off of what I believe (I am not quite sure since my join date in-game was reset), I am pretty sure today is my 2 year on Killion I am not going to go into a huge post about it since I would take up 10 pages, but really I just want to say thanks to everyone for making the Killion community how it is. I still can't believe how I have been on this server for so long. This is the longest time I have been on a server/game, and to be honest Killion is the only reason I still play Minecraft anymore. All previous/future donations will be following Mojangs EULA. This means, if you have previously purchased something we can not offer any longer you have a choice of either store credit or a new package. Previously purchased items such as armor/tools/weapons will be changed to 100% legit enchants. They will still contain the no-drop lore which will also be available as a new donation package. A few things we will be keeping as they will also be obtainable in game by switching out IGM or performing certain tasks. Donor area access (such as Uber) will stay as players will also be able to visit the area. (Access also purchasable in game). Repair signs will be available for people who complete prestige and previous donors however, these signs will be a pay-per-use item.

Keep in mind that I had to make these decisions. These things were not in my plan however, we will be fully following the EULA for now and in the future. If you have any specific questions about it just let me know. I'm doing my best to keep everything fair for people who have previously purchased things as well as people who will purchase things in the future. I hope it's understandable. Thank you guys. <3

Today marks my one year anniversary on Killion!



This year on Killion has been great, with so much happening. Thanks to everyone who has made this possible, and I'm looking forward to even more great things to come!

I don't go on the server to rank up; I go on it to see Killion's brilliant community. I play on an OP prison server now. Too good, Too good.

I've seen at least 10 posts saying that you play on another prison server. This is Killion's thread, I doubt anyone cares that you play elsewhere.

So apparently conormcneil, a former clan mate, Stonegate assistant, and friend, griefed Stonegate after Jookes trusted him with assistant. Spawners, beacons, quartz, all taken. However, will this end Stonegate? Most certainly not! We will keep going. Don't worry, we ain't going away anytime soon, friends. We just need a little time to recover.
