TBH I actually use a €10 wireless Trust mouse. While yes the paint on it is actually worn out from the likely several thousand clicks its recieved. It still functions nicely.

However if you actually wanted more then 3 buttons I would get a Razer Naga.

Sadly I don't need a bunch of buttons haha, but if I got into a lot of MMO's, i'd probably get this mouse, but i've already ordered the Cosair M65 mouse!

Corsair M65 is probably one of the best mouses on the market right now

Thanks for the suggestion, I've looked at this one and it looks great. A lot of the mice I could find for cheap don't go up to 3200 dpi, which is my preferred speed. I will most likely get this mouse. Don't know if I want another Steelseries, and this mouse has great reviews. Thank you!

So for about three or so years, I've been using a SteelSeries Kana mouse, and it is probably the greatest mouse I've ever used. But unfortunately it seems to be getting close to its end. Double clicks, messed up cord, etc. I am now looking for a new gaming mouse, and the main game I will be playing will be CS: GO(with some Minecraft and other games of course). I have been told the Razer DeathAdder is a great mouse for gaming, but I'd rather get suggestions from some of you guys. I was also looking to get another SteelSeries mouse, but they have since discontinued the Kana series. Thanks in advance!

I found a strange glitch with Optifine HD C6 Ultra. No matter what setting i have the leaves on, they will be opaque. The leaves were in-fact transparent before i installed Optifine. Is there any fix for this?

I had a similar issues with my leaves except the were a disfigured version of the fast leaves. It happened on an older version but all I did was reinstall Minecraft and Optifine and it fixed it for me! Hope this helps!

Your laptop is actually pretty decent as long as it isn't overheating.

Your build is almost $500 before the rebates and without including the motherboard and a 750 ti for $170 isn't worth it at all. Before you even ask, having more RAM on the GPU isn't going to make it faster, it has to be fast enough to be actually able to use it.

This would be much better, even though it's slightly over budget, at least it actually includes all of the components: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GHFY8d

Thats for the reply. I'll keep this PC in my bookmarks for when I get more money to buy it, as I actually decided to buy something else.

I seem to have issues with Fast Graphics leaves on all Optifine 1.8 Versions. Here are pictures running on the B4 Minecraft 1.8.1 release. Anyone know how to fix this?

I posted this before in the wrong section, so I'm putting it here!

Hi guys, I have become way more interested in PC gaming now, and I want to get a budget gaming desktop so I don't have to game on my two year old laptop anymore. I have only 435 U.S Dollars.

Is this PC ok, I consider myself pretty decent with PC's, and I do think this rig is ok, but I'd like to ask for opinions and suggestions from more experienced people. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yFcB7P I also don't mind the fact that it has no disc drive, as I usually download all my games from Steam.

    Thanks in advance!

Take a look at my signature to see how bad my laptop is! :D

Just a quick question? Do the capes you get for donating to optifine work? I vaguely remember that they weren't working for a while or something like that.

    Hi, Colton,

I am on a laptop. The touchpad has the same problem. Unplugging the mouse does not appear to make any difference in the problem.

(P.S: Sorry for the long absence, I was not able to check on my thread yesterday.)

Hmm...have you tried re-installing Java? Also if you have a 64 bit operating System be sure to install the 64 bit Java as well.

    Hey guys.

So about a week ago, I was playing a modded minecraft jar, when suddenly the mouse started spinning uncontrollably. Any slight movement of the mouse (and I'm talking fractions of fractions of an inch) sends it spinning haywire, either facing straight up or straight down. I eventually tried restarting the game, and eventually reinstalling, but the problem persisted.

The reason I have put this in the unmodified forum is because I launched the vanilla game to try and see if it was a general Minecraft problem, and the problem was present there as well. I have searched virtually everywhere, in every dark, obscure corner of the internet, and have found no solution to my problem.

And please don't tell me to turn my mouse sensitivity down or get a new one. The mouse is totally fine and only has this issue in Minecraft. I have tried turning down sensitivity to minimum, and the spinning just got slightly slower, but did not stop. I'm running Windows 8 on 6GB of RAM and an i5 processor. If you need any additional information, please ask. I'm basically desperate at this point. Please, please help me.

Hi there :D I'll be glad to help if I can. First question: Are you on a Laptop or Desktop? If your on a Laptop does the problem still occur when unplugging the mouse and using the touchpad?

Haven't been on the forums in awhile :P But anyways as with some people 1.8 is giving me some FPS issues(More freezing and such, default 1.7.10 was pretty smooth without Optifine)but I need to re-install Java/Minecraft anyways so I'll see if that helps. But super excited for the Optifine 1.8! If I fix my FPS issues now to get the "Optimization" 1.8 is supposed to give me, imagine how much Optifine would benefit me! Once MCP is updated, take your time releasing the mod sp614x, no need to rush :D
