I have a tekkit server, but i cant get it to mute people? I have essentials AND a mute plugin, but non of them work! I use chatmanager.

I've been playing MC since the Alpha stages and I'm highly experienced in server administration and plugin help. I consider myself to be INCREDIBLY good with the the following plugins: WorldGaurd, World Edit,LWC,Clans,Factions, Core Protect,and Essentials. I have pictures of my builds if needed and i do have teamspeak which i use on a daily bases. I'm only 16, but i am turning 17 on September 16th so I'm not that far off, i have a crude sense of humor and i love MC, i play varsity soccer and i have a girlfriend, I'm also a Junior in high school.
I speak English fluently see that I'm from the U.S.A ..
