How do I uninstall this mod? It shouldn't be made public if it doesn't work.

I'd say people shouldn't be downloading mods if they don't know how to use a PC. This mod's been working for thousands of people over 3 major versions of Minecraft, y'know.

100% of trolls have nothing better to do.

If you're trying to say that you think I was trolling, you'd better say it directly.
My point by what I posted is just that you saying that 25% of the MC community uses SpoutCraft is blowing it out of proportion considering a lot of people don't use SC because it's incompatible with almost all the mods out there...
But you're right about the fact that the MC community is very tiresome when it comes to annoying modders for updates. :|

Good luck to the MCP team dealing with the rabid fans and as usual, all my thanks go to them for maintaining such an useful tool

You have to realise that about 25% of the MC Community can't play MC without spoutcraft.

    Thats about 1 million people.

You can't expect them not to complaign.

^ 90% of the people who post stats just type in random numbers.

    Smartass.

    What?

I'm gonna ignore your less than childish reply this time and simply say this :
You are not entitled to this mod nor to an update to it.
If you can't wait, you can always learn how to code and make your own version of it.

There are dozens (hundreds?) of users for this mod, and most of them are patiently waiting for an update, you know.

posted a message on [1.7.3] Mods Revival (Peronix's mods updated)
    Disclaimer:

I'm not going to update Dual Wielding, so stop asking
The mods below were originally made by Cryect, then ported as stand-alone versions by Peronix.
Since Peronix didn't show up on the forums since May 29, I've taken the initiative to update his mods for MC 1.6.6, and now to MC 1.7.3 as well.
I'm posting these in a separate thread so I can keep track of the eventual bug reports and help requests.
Obviously, I'll take down the thread and downloads if Peronix comes back and asks me to.

I'd also like to thank CobaltStarr for providing a port of the sensors blocks and proposing to post it here for the sake of having all the ports together :smile.gif:

For more informations of each mod, check the original thread : Peronix's Mods

    How To Install:

First, make sure you have installed the latest ModLoader for the Minecraft version you're using.

In each downloaded archive, you'll find at least two of the following subfolders :
    - Put in jar : Extract all the folders and files from this subfolder in your minecraft.jar
    - Put in bin : Extract the file inside this subfolder in your ".minecraft/bin" folder
    - Put in launcher directory : Extract the SpeakerBlock or the ImportWand folders in the same folder as the one where you have your minecraft launcher (Minecraft.exe).
Example : If your launcher is on the desktop, then put the SpeakerBlock or the ImportWand on the desktop as well.

The picture speaks for itself. Fans can be controlled with redstone, and punching them will change their power.

    Umbrella:

The umbrella from AdventureCraft, when you have it in your hands, it'll make you glide and negate fall damage, as well as propel you if you're over a fan block.
If you right click while holding it, it'll blow away entities.

    Power Staff:

The equivalent of the power glove from AdventureCraft.

    Spikes:

These spikes can be controlled with redstone, when powered, they are innocent looking, but when you remove their source of power, they'll instantly kill most creatures that go through them. They do not damage items though, which is why they're useful to make mob grinders.

I've rewritten the code of this mod so that spikes can now be placed on pistons and glass, as well as to improve the graphic update when changing the redstone state (it used to be buggy)

    Magic Boots:

There are 3 kinds of magic boots:
    - The Power Boots, which will make you run 1.5 times faster, and jump 3 block high.
    - The Hover Boots, which let you glide and negate fall damage.
    - The Heavy Boots, which will prevent you from being blown away by fans.

    Super Boots: 1105

    Sensor Blocks:

Sensors can detect entities in a 15 blocks range. Opaque blocks in that range will block the beam, but ice, glass and other non solid blocks won't.
Wooden sensors detect all entities, stone sensors detects only living entities, iron sensors only the player, and netherrak sensors will only react to mobs.

    Speaker Block:

The Speaker Block can play .ogg and .wav files, it can be controlled using redstone.
Click here for a more accurate description on how it works.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE :
The 1.7.3 now uses the bin/SpeakerBlock folder to place the sound files instead of the launcher directory. That was changed so that Linux and MacOS can run it without problems.

Jeez why are you being such an ass, people just really love dual wielding, and even if it has no compatibility with any mod some people would even want it as the only mod installed. Atleast, I would want it like that because I make backups from all my minecraft.jar's.
But back to my point, you're really being an ass. Though I must say nice work on reviving peronix's mods I just saw his mods today and when I were going to download them they appeared to be outdated, so gone looking for a new thread of him but instead I find someone that updated it FOR him. I say TY for that :tongue.gif:

You call that being an ass? Well, at least the person I sent that message to apparently did understand it wasn't my intention... ._.
It's just that I explained in the first page why I wouldn't be updating DW, and I don't really feel like repeating it to every person who asks (for the record, peronix himself wasn't planning to do it, so yeah, it's not like you would have gotten the update if he was still active :/ )

EDIT : Ah well, it seems DjGyarados felt offended actually. Well, I won't say I really care about what he thinks. I'll continue ignoring people who are unable to read that I won't ever be updating DW.
