~ JAM OUT ON PLUG.DJ ~
MineSpire is a survival multiplayer mashup with a life-like economy system where you can earn in-game money. You will find features of the game to be similar to prison, factions, roleplay, and minigames - the amazing part is that you can customize your gameplay to best fit how YOU want.
The underlying goal is to rank up by earning in-game money. Ranking up will unlock access to new warps, commands, and customizations that enhance your gameplay.
See PLAYER RANKS AND PERKS for more info.
Our goal is to provide a fun, mature, friendly environment with as many player customizations as possible.
Life is full of choices!Your server should be, too!

We believe every player should have a say in what happens to rulebreakers.
If a player is caught breaking a bannable rule, they are tempbanned and a staff member will file an official report on our website. All players AND staff will be given the opportunity to vote on the report for the final verdict, based on the evidence available. After the voting period ends (24 hours), the community decision will be carried out by a staff member. The player will either be unbanned, given an extended tempban, or permabanned - depending on the decision.
Because of this, you never have to worry about a staff member abusing their powers.
Feel free to review our server RULES for more info.
Everyone is welcome on MineSpire! However, most of our current players are mature, 18+, and tend to prefer a more relaxing, friendly, community-involved experience.
We are a great server for both new and seasoned players. We have extensive tutorials in-game and on our website. Eventually, we hope to have video/audio tutorials as well.
We are always open to suggestions, love hosting drop parties and contests, and the owner loves to give away prizes/ranks. We will be needing more staff in the future, all are welcome to apply on our website.
We hope to see you soon!

Easier way than creating a server (But you still most likely have to port forward):
It allows you to open up your regular LAN world (from ingame, just hit Escape, click open to lan) to the internet, like a normal server.
Instructions on how to use it are on the linked thread, and first, I'd try using UPnP first, and if that doesn't work, you'll need to port forward.
I'll help you with that, if you need to, I'll just need your router model.

they host free servers, because they run a lot of ads. Just disable any ad block you may have, sign up and you can get started, use any version, install plugins, its quite easy. The server is not online 24/7.

I installed a new texture pack after hopping back on Minecraft after taking a year long break.
It's been a while since I've messed with this kind of stuff but I installed the pack "Sanity"
As you can see by the photos the grass is the same block but they both have different textures and same thing goes for the cobblestone. Same block different textures.
I have this pack installed on my optifine save and can't figure out how to fix this.
Help is much appreciated.
Greetings. The guy who makes "Sanity" here.
It looks like you have more than one pack activated. This can cause some issues like this. Effectively what's happening is the block models or CTM textures from a pack you have lower in the list are being used simply because Sanity doesn't try to countermand every possible alternative. In essence, Minecraft is doing exactly what you've told it to do... not what you want it to do. Making sure that Sanity and Default are the only two packs in the right-hand side of the Resource Packs menu should fix the cobblestone problem.
As for the side-grass, this is actually a feature of Optifine that you can disable. I think it's called "Better Grass" or some such thing. Some people like it, some don't. Either way, that's not an issue with pack stacking. That's just a button to be pressed.
I hope that helps you, and thank you for using my pack!
