Alright, after about six months, I decided to work on redo this mod again. This time for 1.10.2. More blocks, a better setup, better models. But hey, screenshots are nice right?

    600A Cutout

    Fiberglass Crossarm

    Apitong Deadend Arm

    Cutout/Arrester Combination

I'll add some more screenshots as models are completed.

    Okay, just some FYI's:

    1. After the first update, I won't be doing an update for at least a month or two.

    2. This will be done with MCreator, as these models actually take time and effort. I don't have time for this coding crap.

    3. This will be for 1.10.2 ONLY. Do not ask for me to port it into other versions.

    4. Everything in this mod is to factory dimensions at 1.5x scale.

    And for suggestions:

    1. I will only take suggestions during a two week period (which I'll announce).

    2. I will only take suggestions for American or Canadian power lines (subject to change as I see fit).

    3. No lattice towers. They take way too much time. I might post some vanilla lattice towers instead, though (.schematic form).

    Planned features:

-American/Canadian power lines (overhead and underground, includes overhead wires)

    -Telecommunication lines (overhead and underground)

    -Natural gas/fiber line markers

posted a message on WarpDrive: custom ships, laser cannons and modular force fields!

Lem, here are a few ideas for you to consider:

-Thrusters: allow ships to turn, number and power determined by volume

-Impulse drives: allow ships to move and sub-light speeds, use less energy as warp drive

-Warp drives: allow ships to move at FTL speeds, tiers for different ships. require warp coils, number determined by volume and warp drive tier

-Full deck life support generator. takes more energy but maintains life support for much larger areas.

-Phasers/plasma cannons/blasters: easier to use weapons. can be used to lock onto other ships or fired manually. power output can be controlled.

-Torpedoes: when fired they continue until they hit something in their path. lots of destructive power.

-Shuttlecraft drives: smaller engines that are much better for shuttles.

I am still willing to do texturing/modelling if you need it.

Well, there has been a major set back with lattice towers. The 500kV self supporting lattice tower decided to not render right and I may have to redo it. That model took about an hour alone, so it'll be a little while until I can finish it. In other words, no screenshots or update. :/

EDIT: Done with the self supporting tower, so I uploaded some screenshots below to show you all. There isn't an update yet though, I need to finish some more lattice tower and tubular steel transmission stuff as well as substation framing/equipment. The update should be out by next week at the latest.

When will the next update be released? Can you add more screenshots in the screenshots folder?

As soon as the rest of the lattice towers are done, which should be only a few more models. The most complicated model just needs texturing, which is going to take a while. I should be able to add some more screenshots soon.

Well, one lattice tower is ready (pictures at the very bottom) and many more to come (pictures below). The guyed lattice tower is not a lattice tower in the mod, this was just the best picture of the self supporting lattice tower.

Well, the next update should be out soon. The transformers and distribution framing have been completely redone; subtransmission framing has been added at 2 voltage levels (70kV and 120kV); 2 risers were added (1ø and 3ø). Underground, substations, and 230kV transmission framing will be added as well.

New update for power lines available! Download here. Screenshots here. Update includes:

    -Wood and steel pole

    -Wood tangent and deadend crossarms

    -Steel tangent and deadend crossarms

-Pin and post insulators with both bracket mounting and steel pole mounting

    -Deadend polymer and porcelain insulators

    -A transformer (1ø)

-2 capacitor banks (both 3ø, 3 and 6 unit banks)

    -A regulator

-A regulator bypass switch (1/2 hr+ for model)

-Fused cutouts (1ø bracket mounting, 3ø equipment arm mounting, 3ø solid blade equipment arm mounting)

-A recloser (solid dielectric; Nova relcosers, type W reclosers, etc to come)

The next update will have more reclosers, sectionalizers, more transformers, switches, transmission, and underground stuff. Every item added is 1:1, straight from factory specs. Every dimension is as accurate as possible.

I've continued work on the power lines and got some screenshots of the equipment. More to come.

First, this mod has been changed. I haven't updated it yet but this will be the site of new add-ons for Monoblocks. (Still power lines) Second, the UK uses mostly underground distribution. Third, I am planning to add some signals and gantries. Railroad power lines will be added.
