Badlion is not a "hacked" client from my understanding. It has built in Optifine and several other minor modifications, none of which should be considered cheating on a server as far as I know.

If you've been banned it's likely against the server rules to log in on a different account, known as ban evasion, and doing so will get your other account banned as well. Also, if you disagree with the staff and owner in such a way I recommend you seek out another server.

If someone who was opped was able to run /kill @e[type=item] the instant those items became loaded they might be able to kill them before timing out. Otherwise you'd need to dowload the world, use something like NBT explore to edit the world file, and delete the items from the chunk they're in.

If you have already claimed your copy of Windows 10 Edition, you should be able to download it by logging into the Microsoft store with your Microsoft account that you used on your old computer.

1) Wrong section. This is the Java Edition section. Java Edition doesn't have Minecoins.
2) As mentioned in 1, Java Edition doesn't have Minecoins or any transactions beyond buying the game, so if your main goal is to play Minecraft without them around then that's a good alternative.
Edit: As for the suggestion itself, as much as I dislike a lot of Bedrock, including the Minecoins, Mojang/Microsoft isn't going to be changing that anytime soon as it makes them money.

If I recall correctly, grass and trees generate randomly even beyond the world seed. I don't recall what determines their placement, but I think that is why there are differences. Tho, for the most part, the trees appear to be about the same.

The ones with arrows on top are observers, and I believe the one at the bottom with no markings on top is the dispenser that will hold the lava.

I'm pretty sure they made the game prioritize rendering chunks over having a high FPS in 1.15, so lowering the render distance a touch might help.

It's just a quirky behavior of sticky pistons where if they receive a single-tick pulse, they will only push or pull a block, and not both. This is why extending the delay causes what is a little more normal behavior, because the piston receives a long enough signal to perform its base functionality.
