Last I checked, syringes don't pierce armor. Biotics wouldn't get through armor either.

Anri: I am Anri and this is my travelling companion, Horace. He doesn't talk much. Would you like to join us?

Anri gets into a counterattack position, and Horace puts his guard up.

Anri: What the **** are you

Anri: Horace, look out! We have a friend. What is your business with us, beast?

Horace: *Stares*

OOC: Yes, he takes the lamp with him.

Anri: There's got to be a way out..

*Horace is pointing at a door-shaped set of bricks on the wall.

Anri touches the bricks, revealing a doorway.

What's on the other side, Scorp?

Anri: No, you're off the hook. Just lounge around in your dream-world or something. I'm taking you with me!

The two decide to explore the pyramid more.

Anri: Is this like what Artorias explored? The Abyss? I don't like this...

Horace: Mro, mro... *shudders*

Anri: Hm? What do you think, Horace?

Horace *shrug*

Anri: I wish for a sharper sword, but not something unfamiliar. (Current Weapon: Astora Straight Sword)

Anri and Horace decide to not risk the brick room.

Anri: I already said "yes"

Horace: Mro ank yoo

I give the red-eyed one some souls (those are the currency in Dark Souls III, so it makes sense) and give the Steve a Crystal Rapier.

Anri takes the lamp's top off. Horace gestures to Anri to follow him into the room.

((Will any of these bricks kill me?))

Horace reaches for the gold brick, then puts his shield up. Anri observes the lantern.

Horace suspiciously pokes the brick with his halberd, and Anri taps the other brick.

Anri and Horace attack the metroid with a suprise attack from below (very minor damage)

Anri and Horace joined the party!

Anri and Horace appear from the ground.

Anri unsheaths his sword, and Horace gets into a defensive position, circling Anri.
