    Have you ever been to Mesa Verde? I have, so I think something like this would look cool in the Mesa Biome?

    It would usually be located at a cliff, preferably with a little overhang like the real Mesa Verde.

    The inside could look something like this.

    The complex could be somehow as big as the abandonded mineshafts are today. It could also have chests put somewhere around which could contain some goodies. Like this.

    Like the dessert temple and jungle temple, there are some nice "secret" chest which you would need to search a bit for, kinda like this.

    You see those yellow pressure plates? You know what is below them right? ;) This would be a downward funnel that would be covered with normal clay, so you would need to dig for it, therefore increasing the chance for it to get destroyed. It would spawn under a dead end to make it not totaly random though.

Changing things like this means you have to think through every aspect regarding what the potions do influence, and what combined would influence too.
    In a stressfull fight, seconds are very deciding, so just little things like convenience can influence the outcome of a fight.

    For it to be ok, it would not be stronger in any way, meaning that a potion with posion and weakness isn't stronger than using just two potions a poison and weakness potion individually. Lowering stats isn't that great in my mind, it just means the original idea where overpowered.
    If combined potions could have a use on its own it could be usefull. It is just that I don't see this as anything other than making something overpowered but trying to balance it with lowering stats

    People can communicate outside of Minecraft with friends on skype etc. Or even being in the same room communicating with just good old voice. Being griefed against in normal servers etc just means you have a less fun time then and there, but on a hardcore mode server you are dead, gone, hasta la vista baby. So if I wanted to get an edge I could get a friend who didn't care about that server to join and die flying around giving me hints or heads ups etc.

    This is no good for multiplayer, if people can grief, they will do it. Meaning people would get people that has no problem with dying on the server to die and help them over others. It is 100% guaranteed, and there are no way around it.

    Hmm, I had actually not thought of that, but it could very well be a different bow you had to craft, not sure about the recipie though. I think others may have better ideas there than me.

    N.B. Feel like I am kinda trying to take over the thread, which I am not. Just raises my thoughts around implementation around eagles here.

    I like the idea of eagles flying around the hills etc, but why not just make it as a source of feathers for better arrows? Perhaps arrows flying faster and do more damage? Perhaps even increased range? They could be rarer than chickens, so the increased arrow means something too, so it would be used with cautious. I know that there are a lot of none realistic mobs in Minecraft, but generally I don't want it to turn into a sandbox World of Warcraft. That is my opinion though.

    1. It doesn't affect you in any way, chose to not build it? No, that is flawed logic, and ends up with everything being ok including the ability to spawn a nyan cat flying around singing annoyingly.

    2. It is a sandbox game, so I can play it how I want? True that Minecraft is a sandbox game, but still sand and gravel do fall when placed over empty space, the night comes when it comes and command blocks can't be crafted. Speaking of creative here isn't valid in a discussion regarding iron farms in survival.

    3. It's been here so long and it will brake a lot of work people have put in? Yes, that is true. So what? I would like as a new player to play a better game, than a less good one because some constructions wouldn't work.

    4. Using the developer as a truthspeaker on how the game should be? Well, that is all good etc, unless the developers somehow speak against itself. You can't here pick and chose which statements to allow to be used. Here it is all or nothing unless you can agree on some criterias before arguing. Remember here that no criterias are wrong.

    5. Sorry for my bad english, no excuse but the cause is that I am very sleepy.
