    okay. zips are compressed. you ran the class without decompressing the zips... Files cannot find other files when they are compressed. You need to drag all of the stuff in the zip, onto your desktop (or in a folder). THEN it will work, because the class file will be able to SEE the other stuff...
    UNZIP THE ZIP..

    I'm pretty sure when he said he 'pulled the file and placed it on [his] screen', he meant pulled the AC file out of the zip and placed it on the desktop. Given how long this has been going on, it's possible they're still dealing with the same download, meaning it's outdated in addition to probably being damaged. I'd advise they update to the newest version and try that before going further.


    *Facepalm* indeed =(, I do not blame you for misunderstanding what I typed. It is hard sometimes to read people over the internet. I'll post what I did, but clearer this time. I have the FOLDER on my screen. Not the .zip. I pull it up, run the log in part, and see my other post for the problems.

    Now, it is the new download. The newest one I could get, on the front page. So it is not because I have a old version.

    The strange thing is that my brother, who has the exact same computer, can run it just fine. He downloaded it the night before. If anything, the download might be messed up? This would be a strange problem, seeing how the download should not magically change overnight. I am not sure what other problems there are, any help would be wonderful in any shape or form. You would not only be helping me, but also the other people with this problem.


    I did the same thing he did and I am on a mac also "the rar on my desktop?" what is that mean? :tnt:
    edit: I think it may be our jar lunchers are out of date try updating that and see if it works.

    By the rar, I think he means the file. I'll check if my launcher is outdated... But I doubt it, it should be fine.

    The more people that have this problem (I have counted 4 posted so far), then it will bring attention to it. Anyone else have any suggestions on what is wrong and how to fix. It is either a computer problem, or a mod problem. Like I said before for the computer side problem, and is why I doubt it is that, is the "my brothers comp works fine" thing.

    I am having the same problem. I run a mac, just getting that out there.
