My thoughts exactly. It seems like life got in the way of the resource pack, because the creator hasn't active been on the forum since June.
Which is a pity, because I love the aesthetics of the pack.
Instead of finding this out the hard way by letting my ocelots loose, I thought I'd ask here first.
I think wild ocelots attack rabbits (or was it just chickens?), but I can't find much information about it. Usually that's a hint that it isn't the case, but I wanted to be sure before I do anything else.
From looking at your screenshots, I'd have expected the sky to be blue, but in game it's yellow for me.
Is there something wrong, or is that normal behaviour?
Does anyone else also see the purple and black squares on the workbench?
I'm using 1.10 with the latest options and the 3D blocks and items add-on.
I noticed this, and I may just redo the doors completely. But if you're talking about the sides/insides of the doors there's not much I can do about that considering it's merely how MC is coded, unless I wanted to get into 3d modeling (which I don't for the time being) lol. But thanks for the comment, I'll let everyone know when 3.1 is out -- It'll be just minor changes.
Already done brother. I made their eyes slightly smaller and gave them blue pupils -- should do the trick. I noticed the eyes of a lot of my mobs do look creepy but considering the dog is everyone's favorite it's probably best if i change that, so thanks for the feedback.
Also, I'm not going to update the link yet, not until I've made a numberof changes to the pack. So basically I need a lot more feedback from people on things that could make the pack better before I introduce Sillicraft 3.1. If nothing changes, however, within the next few days I'll consider updating the link anyway
I don't know if it's just me, but the eyes of the dogs creep me out. Maybe they're too big, or maybe it's because they're completely black, but they don't seem to be looking at anything (no focus), which the other animals do seem to do, even though their eyes are very similar.
Silly me, it's only an issue in Optifine, and it's also an issue with the default resource pack, so please disregard my previous post.
I like the look of it, but I wonder about the buttons. They seem less defined than the rest of the theme. Then again, maybe that's just because I haven't seen them in-game yet.
ETA: I'm referring to the fill-in of the buttons.
There's something I've noticed.
When standing a small distance away from wheat, carrots and potatoes, there is a weird effect just above them, as if there's a mirage above it (not shimmering, just standing lines with the color of the textures.
This is not the case with beetroot, so it's probably not a simple system-wide settings or shaders issue.
I only found out about your pack yesterday, and was sad that it hadn't been updated in quite some time.
I's great to hear that you're working on it again.
I eagerly await the update, even if it might take a while.
I've just implemented it, and I couldn't be happier with the result.
In recreating it, I first made a mistake, putting the comparators a block too far back, but after correcting that, the door opens and closes like a charm.
I can now happily build my village without any worries about the center being off.
Thanks again for your time and effort.
You call it messy, I call it a solution. As long as it works, I'm a happy guy.
I'd love to have the world download to see how you did it.
Thanks very much for the effort.
