Yeah, the zombie pigmen are overpowered right now if you hit them too much...
I have a few more ideas:
Mobs move slower when injured (namely spiders, they aren't that tough and then they'll be easier to catch while running)
If a mob gets hit by a speeding minecart, they get majorly injured.
If a mob falls off of a cliff 5 blocks or more high and survive, they pause to regain their composure
Spiders like to hang on the ceiling, if you walk under them they drop.

Livestock textures (pig and chicken are not finished)
Fixed Endermen
Tool Textures
Changed the cobblestone
Made the buttons better
You must release this, it's one of my favorite close-to-default texture packs I've seen. Make the wood texture whiter with a tint of blue
Are all of the plants going to look dead? Because that would be awesome. You could also make rain look like snowfall, or sleet.
Any mob, monster or villager, who has lost 50% of its health should run away.
Call it "Self Preservation Behavior".
After all, wouldn't you?
I find it annoying that enemy AI always fights until the death and never makes a morale check.
But real life combat is always about who gives up first.
The 50% number is arbitrary. Let the forum talk out what a more appropriate threshold should be.
Yes, that would be good. But not every mob would be smart enough to do that. Zombies and Zombie Pigmen, for example, should not be allowed the self preservation feature due to their lack of a functioning brain.
But I don't know if they should run away, instead go into a 'cowering state' where they don't attack you and try to back away slowly into corners and such. If they were able to run away, it would make fighting very annoying and less satisfactory

Nice mod, I like idea. Try do something like if you shoot mob with arrow, it will have chance (25-50%) to drop, if mob die. Also will be cool, if arrows not disappeare, if You shoot them into mob, so like it will be visible. Maybe in v 2.0 with some more chaanges to look of mobs (broken armor etc.)
I don't know if you'll need any more arrows! You get so many if you go skeleton hunting for just one night. That would make it more realistic... I do enjoy watching my arrows bristle out of my enemy, though, but would they also bristle out of you? Then they'd disappear out of you when you have full health? Interesting.
Magma Cubes, on contact with water (flowing or no) split up or die.
The less health a zombie pigman has, the higher its attack is (RAGE).
If you hit the skeleton of a spiderjockey with a sprint attack, it flies off.
You can clip chicken's wings with shears to get feathers (maybe if they are clipped they can't fly? The wings would grow back like wool)
You can hit the mushrooms off of the mooshrooms back to turn it into a cow/you can plant or feed mushrooms on a cow to eventually turn it into a mooshroom
Ooh, nice beggings. Here are some ideas I have: Make the map background like a computer chip type thing... like this? Diamond armor should be kinda like Boba Fett's bounty hunter thing. Maybe you can also change the sand to be more orange-ish, like on Tatooine, in which case you would change the sandstone to be like the Building materials in Mos Eisley. This has potential as a StarWars pack
Not bad. Not bad, indeed. The grass is probably too blocky and the flowers... at least give them the right colour.
The grass does kind of look blocky... but It also looks smooth. I think I'll keep it for now.
Oh, and the dandelions? I know it'll mess up the whole dye thing, but I like how white dandelions look when they are about to spread seeds to the standard yellow dandelion.
