    Bow is more op than the snowball, there is nothing wrong with snowball


    And there's one of the big problems. Why use this over a Punch II bow? Despite 7 gunpowder not being THAT hard to grind, it'd still be a waste of Redstone on something that is outperformed by something available even earlier. That Redstone could be put towards something more useful, like Redstone machines or railways.

    Unless the return rate scale with how much durability the weapon has, this would defeat the purpose of anvils, and make item conservation pointless, if you could just uncraft and recraft it.

    The problem is, this would more or less make Minecraft mapping and modding a mess since if someone has a vital item disabled, like say, redstone or combat 2.0, the entire map or mod could break. In addition, if a bug was found, and someone forgot to put their settings, Mojang or the mod maker would have to test a giant mess of different settings to figure it out, fix it, then verify it's fixed with all combos where it was present without badly breaking something else. It'd simply be too much work.


    And another thing, while a system kinda like this works for games like Garry's Mod, it works then cause the game was built with that in mind. MC would likely require a total overhaul to make this work, and that's time that could be spent making new features instead of giving people the option to not use said new features.

    1st- fire spell book- shooting a fireball what causes damage to player, makes an explosion what does not break any blocks and the other special spell is fire tornado, How powerful is the fireball? How large is the explosion? What does the Fire Tornado do?

    2nd- frozenpeak spell book- you shoot ice shard what effects you with slowness and the opponent's texture turns a littlebit to a white. When you usually attack player, hes skin is going red a littlebit also, so it could be normal. And special spell is - the icy aura is comeing from somekind of 4blocks top of you and dashes to the ground and everyone near you freezes for 4sec. Again, how powerful is the ice shard? How potent is the slowness? Does the freeze inflict damage? How wide is the radius?

    3rd- healing spell book- you can shoot healing shards where you are facing, and when you want to heal yourself then just look down and click. Special cast is all healing. All inrange with 6blocks near you are being healed with 5hearts, and all undeads get 5heart damage around you. How powerful is the healing? Are there drawbacks to using it on yourself?

    4th- the most powerful and grateful spell book ever made, is Dark spell book. You attack with shooting a kind of dark black plasma what knocks enemy like knockback 2 and effects him with poison 2 for 3sec. The special cast is that, the black magic starts slowly spinning around you and when its ready then it like blows away real quick, and all enemies recieve damage and so much knockback. Everybody in 10block range get that, so its not that possible that enemy escapes quickly from it. Once more, how powerful is the plasma bolt? How powerful is the knockback on the special attack? How much damage does the special attack do?

    There are quite a few problems. For starters, the Ice special feels way too OP in my opinion, totally stopping players from being able to protect themselves is simply too easy to abuse. the Dark spell is blatantly overpowered as well simply due to knockback+poison on top of raw damage. I'd also like more specifics on the damage and potential of the spells.


    Also, the books couldn't be repaired, anvils wont repair past 40 XP levels.
