Earth Empires is an earth map factions community with a pride in delivering an immersive and exciting factions experience. We are currently looking for a few staff members, primarily a few builders and admins/configurators who can assist in giving our players a quality experience and deliver new content and events.
I recently set up a towny server called Skies of Eden. I am looking to start going bigger, but I need some assistance. I am planning on using the plugin DungeonsXL to created randomly generated dungeons for players to explore using premade tilesets. I am also looking for someone who can assist in making a bigger and better spawn, as the current one I setup is tiny. I am thinking 3 tilesets at launch, and if aforementioned builder wishes to stick around, we can add more post launch for a bit to keep players entertained.
I would do this myself, but I recently started college classes and as such I wont have the time to both develop and build for the server at the same time. That, and my building skills are only semi decent, and I would much rather spend the free time I have programming for the server rather than building.
Pay for dungeon tilesets will be $5 each, as well as $10-15 for spawn depending on how big it ends up being. The server has the Mythic Drops plugin, so spawned monsters will have random gear in the dungeons.

Skies of Eden is an alternate earth map with a geo political factions system. Stuff like CBs are required for war, and the land will be divided up into provinces. In future, the economy will be entirely player driven, and there will be trade systems such as convoys. We are currently looking for staff to assist us in getting the server up.

I have done Java for 4 years, and have been looking to get back into plugin development. I am also good at 3d modeling (I use maya), and am flexible when it comes to jobs. I work well with others or alone.
First, last night we got more servers! I set up bungeecord, which means that we will now have a hub server. Even though factions is the only one working right now, we will add more soon.
Bad News:
One of our Devs Kizitotoro decided it would be a good idea to re-do all the plugins. Meaning he deleted the old ones. We will be set back a week by this.
Do you work well with people?: Yes, I am funny and fun to be with, but respect others and their opinions.
Any past experiences on other servers? If so, which ones?: I do, but unfortunately they were all shut down or just completely forgotten about. Even if I wanted too I couldn't tell you the ip due to me losing contact with the server overall after they were basically abandoned. I can although tell you that I have been helper, mod, and lastly admin on all of the servers and I was treated with respect and was fairly well liked. I would come on everyday and welcome new players and greet old friends.
Tell us a bit about yourself: My name is Robert, but you can just call me tmg. I am a 16 year old sophomore and I love to dedicate my time to my passion, playing video games ;D. I am mature and very goofy but serious at times that require it, I like to have fun but not too much fun that I step over the line and send a three year old home crying. I respect everyone and their opinion even if I think or know it is wrong or even if it is just plain different than mine.
How long have you been playing Minecraft?: I have played since 1.4.6 so around 3-4 years.
Please tell us what you would do in the following situations:
Someone in chat is advertising another server. What do you do? I would clear chat so no one sees the IP of the server and temp ban the person for advertising, and if it happens again I would ban them :D.
Someone reports a hacker. You go into vanish mode, and watch the suspect. What characteristics do you look for in hackers (In your past dealing with hackers, what is their behavior patterns? Do they go solo or in a group? Are they talkative in chat?) They usually are some what talkative in chat and just try to generally keep a low profile. They usually are alone or with another hacker, but they are never in a big group of people due to it being too obvious. Usually you would want to look for their head movements because if their head keeps snapping back and forth onto the person when they are fighting that means that they are aimboting. You also want to look at how their are strafing, because if they just run in a straight line and keep hitting the player without being hit then they are using reach.
You look more into the player mentioned above. Their base has all obsidian walls, and have full diamond enchanted armor. You look in their chests and there are tons of diamond blocks and suspicious swords. What do you do? I would follow them around and see if they go mining because most likely they hack x-ray and are mining diamonds nonstop and then using their grinders or the levels from their mining to do enchanting and get a bunch of very op gear.
If needed, are there any other roles you can fill?: I am a decent builder, but what I accel at is being able to create things like prison mines or use world edit to correct or make something look very nice very quickly and efficiently.
Anything else you want us to know?: I am a very experienced staff and minecraft player in general, I know how to play all of the game modes that this server has to offer and I am very experienced at them due to the amount of time that I have dedicated to minecraft. I know all of the commands for all of the game modes and most of the mod's commands that I will have access too if I am accepted. Also I am getting a new and very crispy clear microphone tommorow so I will sound great in discord if I am accepted! I am also starting a youtube channel as well, so if I were to be accepted I could promote the server and make videos one it!! Lastly my favorite game mode overall is Op Prison.

Tell us a bit about yourself: I'm an experienced Minecraft gamer / builder and am on constantly I'm nearly addicted in fact. I love to build creations and mini games and mega maps. I also have many techniques to show off too.

Do you prefer doing collaborative builds or solo builds?: It depends on what build it is, if its just lika a smaller mansion or something like that id rather build on my own but on bigger projects i usually build white a few friends, I like collaborating whit other people ass long ass we can communicate to some degree and we all have the same idea of what we are building. If we are building a house for example we all have to have the same theme in mind o else the house might be half halloween themed and half Christmas themed.
