    k. credit given now. Happy? Lmao I found these textures in other packs, there was no credit given in them.

Buddy, credit isn't enough. You need to explicitly ask these people to use these textures.

This topic is a WIP topic! Pictures and link later

No. Being a WIP doesn't excuse no pictures or no link. You should have gotten that prepared before you posted this.

How would you like it if you had a project due, came up to the front of the class, and said "I have a project, but I'm not going to present it to you. I'm just going to describe it a little, and them bring it in a couple days." Then sit back down. How would the teacher react to that?

I got some more blocks done. Might not finish the pack by the deadline, as I've got to study for mid-terms.

Oak logs, leaves, and gold block:

    Have some more stuff done!

Here are dirt, grass side, double chest, sand, gravel, single chest, furnace side and crops.

Also changed moss-stone. Not sure if I like it as much as the previous one, as it doesn't work well with other blocks:

You really should have pictures. Art is a visual medium: show, don't tell.

It's also not a good idea to make it limited to a certain number of people. Why use this pack instead of others you can download without hassle on their own forum post?

This is my first pack, and I am learning still. However I am free to post this on the forums. If you dislike the packs so much avoid them and move on.

Again, this is my first pack and I am learning, and it is clearly marked Work In Progress. There is no rule stating "You may not post if you're not good / pack incomplete."

I've started adding some texture and shading into some blocks, others I feel are fine "bucket filled" for a reason. (Namely Wool/colored glass. I want to keep these plain for pixel art purposes.)

That is true: you are free to post your textures here. However, you should listen to what your critiques have to say, even if it's your first pack. It'll help you learn.

Now about your textures themselves. They lack shading. When light hits objects, it creates a highlight where it hit, and shadows where it cannot reach. Look at some objects at home, and see how light interacts with them.

What I mean't be tiling erros is that the one large, dirty (literally) hole in the middle of the mossy stone brick/cobble would like very bad in large amounts.

Ah, I see what you mean. I usually don't see mossy in huge walls, but I see how it could be a problem. I'll change it.

    Finished furnaces:

    any thoughts?

    It has horrible tiling issues.

I don't really see it. Can you show me?

I think it is a huge improvement. Is that reddish stuff stuff soil?

    Thanks! Yeah, it's soil.

    Done planks and bookshelves:

Starting to really like 32x. Gives me some more possibilities with my textures.

Those textures do not work well together. It looks rather jarring seeing them next to each other. Maybe try make the cobblestone a bit chunkier.

    Is this any better?

    @zamaj
Might be a bit late, but Fool's palette is nice. I think you should use it.
