    As you all know, Disney's Toontown Online lasted for a good 10 years before it closed down, You may also know that a new server is being set up to revive the game called "Toontown Rewritten".

    With the popularity of using Mods in Minecraft-related gameplay, something occured to me: why not bring the wacky world of Toontown into the even stranger world of Minecraft?

    If anyone has some good ideas on what stuff should be in a Toontown-related mod, please feel free to post it!

    I don't know much about java, but the Forge Wiki's Modding tutorials are a good start!

    I want to be able to make custom models for blocks in case I need them for certain things like telephone poles, lampposts, office desks, connectable fence blocks, etc.

    There's one little word that describes perfection:

    Missiles; weapons that explode on contact with their targets, can be used several times, and are repairable.

    You could attach all sorts of stuff to them and make also them out of all of the Tinkers Construct materials. OK, so here's the basic idea:

    - Missiles with pickaxes attached to them aim for ores
    - Missiles with axes, mattocks, or hatchets attached to them aim for trees
    - Missiles with swords, battle axes, or hammers attached to them aim for mobs
    - Missiles with shovels attached to them aim for mountains

    Pretty cool, right?I just thought of another idea; customizable armor.

    Different materials can have different amounts of durability and natural abilities. They can also undergo modification just like Tinkers' Construct tools and weapons.

    Um... I need a little help here.

    Whenever I try to get on the server using Tekkit, it crashes and says "Connection Refused". Is there anyway to fix that? I really want to check out this server.

    EDIT: Never mind... I realize that the server is offline as of now. If you could bring it online, that would be great.

    Previous Experience: I sometimes experiment with Gimp. This is my first time working on stuff for a Minecraft Mod.

    Other notes or comments: I'm very happy to help someone bring my former favorite game back to life in my new favorite game. In fact, I don't even know why I didn't do this sooner.

    Update: I now have a demo of some of my textures for new blocks and items. Some of these are prototypes and may not necessarily represent the final project.



    Top: 16 Dyed variations of the Sillium Brick Block.

    Middle: Metal Cog Block, Rusty Metal Cog Block, Really Rusty Metal Cog Block/Polluted Dirt, Bolted Metal Cog Block, and, of course, a bolt.

    Bottom: Metal Cog Slab, Fitted Metal Cog Bricks, Metal Cog Bricks, Ornate Metal Cog Block/Stomper Base, Sillium Ore, Stuffed Sillium Ore, Shiny Sillium Ore, Sillium Ingot/Silly Brick, and Silly Brick Block.

    You can smelt Sillium into Sillium Ingots (Or simply Silly Bricks) and craft them into Silly Brick Blocks. These can be colored with each type of Dye. They and the Cog Metal Blocks are currently only there for aesthetic purposes. I might look into coming up with a special purpose for them, though.

    I used to play the game for a long time until it closed and I'm glad someone thought of this idea. I currently have some textures and ideas in the works as of now.

    I'll make sure to post later on.

    Edit: Just to keep you busy, here are some ideas that I thought of for the Mod (I may or may not add pictures depending on my mood. I'm not feeling up to shape, though).

    "Toontown" could be a seperate dimension from the Overworld. The Portal could be made from stone bricks formed in a large square-like structure. There could also be Biomes for each neighborhood and Cog HQ in the game.

    For trading, we could add shopkeeper Toons that give items such as sand, bricks, glass bottles, gags, etc. in exchange for different types of jellybeans.

    Crafting recipes: Two pieces of sugar and one type of dye. (Shapeless)

    Jellybeans could also be used with squirt gags as simple brewing ingredients.

    1. The White Jellybean: The most basic type of jellybean; used to created "Meh Potions". You can craft these into level 1-3 Squirt Gags.

    - Squirting Flowers: Meh Potion and a Flower. That's pretty much it. Does 4 Damage to Mobs.

    - Dribble Glasses: Meh Potion and a Glass Pane. Simple and shapeless. Does 8 Damage to Mobs

    - Squirt Guns: Meh Potion, Iron Nugget, and 14 Dyes of preference. Does 12 Damage to Mobs.

    2. The Light Gray Jellybean: A little higher up in value than the White ones. They create "OK Potions" which are used as the base for level 4-6 Squirt Gags.

    - Seltzer Bottle: OK Potion and Glass Pane. Does 21 Damage to Mobs.

    - Fire Hydrant: OK Potion, two Dyes of preference, and 6 Iron Ingots. Does 30 Damage to Mobs.

    - Rain Cloud: OK Potion and Portable Cloud. You can find cloud blocks floating, multiplying, and disperseing in Donald's Dreamland Biomes. Does 80 Damage to Mobs

    3. The Dark Gray Jellybean: These create "Good Potions" which are used as the base for several types of Geysers with special properties.

    - Dirt Geyser: Good Potion and 8 Dirt Blocks surrounding it. Does 105 damage to mobs.

    - Grassy Geyser: Good Potion and 8 Grass Blocks surrounding it. Does 120 damage to mobs.

    - Sand Geyser: Good Potion and 8 Sand Blocks surrounding it. Does 105 damage to mobs and is affected be gravity.

    - Gravel Geyser: Good Potion and 8 Gravel Blocks surrounding it. Does 110 damage to mobs. It also occasionally shoots Flints at nearby mobs, dealing 11 damage.

    - Podzol Geyser: Good Potion and 8 Podzol Blocks surrounding it. Does 110 damage to mobs and spawns slimes.

    - Farmland Geyser: Good Potion and 8 Farmland Blocks surrounding it. Does 105 damage to mobs. The big advantage to this is that it harvests any crops that it sees within a 101x101x101 block radius.

    4. The Light Blue Jellybean: These create Silly Potions which... well... I'm still working on it.
