Do you mean inside of [a/your] resource pack? If so, it's not needed unless block models were included... so if you want to add them, you will need to create this folder yourself.
And nitpicking here, but the folder should be named 'block', there is no s in the name.
I am creating a texture pack for a server. I wanted to make the item frames and end portals transparent - completely transparent. I looked online and I was given the answer:
"i was able to remove the border around it by using resource pack
workbench and changed the item frame code under
models/blocks/item_frame. and then change the "Wood": part behind it to
the same source as the "back": part. and then changing the texture of
the back to be invisible (under:
textures/blocks/wood/itemframe_background)"
Could someone please elaborate on that for me, or visually show me how to do this?

Hello, my name is Lucas or Whichcrafts as my in-game name would suggest. I'm turning 16 next yearI've been playing Minecraft since the beta version first came out, and I've been on Meepcraft for about a month. When I first joined Meepcraft, I luckily had two friends who were veterans of the server and could teach me the basics, but when they weren't on, the community gladly helped me. After playing for about a week, I continued to see the message from the server asking for experienced and mature people to apply for staff, so I did. I received a lot of negative replies and attention because I was new and not very 'popular' among the people of the server. Despite the replies, I continued to check on my application everyday waiting to see a reply from a staff member. One day I checked and it was completely gone. Not in the denied sub-forum or in the interviews sub-forum. Not even in the recruitment forum. I was a bit confused, but I'm guessing it was just denied so I waited two weeks to apply again and here I am. Besides being an avid gamer, I'm a graphics designer. I work on anything from signature banners to photography and web design. With all that in mind, I'm really fascinated with computers and know quite a bit about them.
Why you should be Admin.
I believe I should be picked to be on staff because I enjoy helping people out and I'm definitely a hard-worker. I don't see the main part of being staff as kicking the troublesome people out, but being the person who is helping people with commands and anything else they need help with. Yes of course kicking/banning the people who are causing trouble in the server is part of being staff, but that's not what its all about. Having the power to kick and ban people may cause some to go power hungry and smite people with the tiniest wrong-doing, and I can promise I am not one of those people. I may not be extremely experienced at being a moderator or admin on Minecraft servers, but I do have tons of experience being on staff on forums and websites alike. When I was 13 till now, I ran my own forum and was moderators on others. I've been anywhere from the Graphics Team to Admin across over 15+ forums. That being said, I've had experience in leadership roles and I know where to punish people and where not to. I'm also an extremely easy learner. You teach me something, I'll have it down by the end of the day. I also happened to be a phone operator at one of my jobs, dealing with customer service issues. I'm very helpful and friendly around members, and that should show it.
Weaknesses
My main weakness would be that I get frustrated when I am helping someone and I have to constantly tell them what to do. I don't blow up on the person, but it does bug me on the inside. I'm also mainly on during the night time, which I would consider somewhat of a weakness.
Conclusion
Overall, I think I'd be a very helpful addition to the team, whether I'm a Helper, Moderator, or even Super Moderator. I'll always look out for those in need of help and will always look out for those causing trouble and ruining others' fun. The message said "Looking for mature and experienced moderators", I feel I fit those adjectives very well. I hope you all see that I'm ready and fit to help out the server and community and I hope to be hearing from you all soon.
I can communicate with staff to make sure we are getting all necessary things done for the server. The best way of contact, in my opinion, is Enjin Mail (Website, I can make one for you) and email - it gives people a chance to get to it and respond when they are available. However, I do not communicate through Skype or TS3 I think it gets too personal and it is taken to advantage sometimes.
I have almost too much experience of being staff... Haha. I have been all the ranks you can think of but Builder, because I stink, and I am not a great developer. I only make tiny, easy, boring plugins and I can configure plugins. I am most experienced as owner - I have owned 5 servers. My most recent one was NeonTech, it closed because of poor hosting; that is why I am looking for a good server, it seems like you know what you are doing!
As I was a server owner I know how annoying it is when your staff isn't active, especially when you have 20 players calling your name looking for assistance! I will be on for at least 2 hours a day -- but the worst part is when you have a staff member on 24/7 but all that staff member does is break all of the rules. I can tell you now that when I am on the server I will be a role-model and make sure I follow each and EVERY rule to the maximum.
As a former owner, I know that people think you can do everything and anything when they ask and it will be done, "BAM"! But that is a fantasy, you and I both know that that doesn't happen. I want to reassure you that when the players and sometimes staff are bombarding you with requests and things to do I will be the first to jump in and take some weight off your shoulders.
One of my favorite things to do is mentor lower staff ranks than me. I love to watch them grow as a complete staff member - I have ways to train staff as I did on my old server! I hope you like my ideas when I am staff.

On previous servers, I have (as I said previously) I have co-owned a server which was quite popular but with player numbers in the low hundreds. Unfortunately, my server -it was with a previous friend- ran out of funding within a short year therefore my position was forfeited. Since then, I have applied for some positions; however, I am willing to put in as much time as needed as this is one of the most important.
As I have played on public servers and had various problems, I would like to be able to solve as many problems as possible for each and every member of the server. I feel very dedicated toward the fact that I can help others and listen carefully to their problems but I do have some faults as everybody does. The reason I have classed 'it' as a fault, is because some may not appreciate it. I do like a good little joke here and there. I am willing to take into account the fact that some may not find them funny and I can promise that I shall not pull any if asked not to.
