Really, your that desperate. Alphas use X-ray to catch other X-rayers. They don't use X-ray for their own personal needs such as to mine for diamonds and such. That's the only reason they have X-ray. Also, if I were you, I wouldn't be arguing. Your banned, and yet your still arguing with builder, your unban chances are very slim, sir.
My in-game name is mjd24. I am 14 years old. I've been playing on this server for about 2 months. Yes, I have read the rules. I think I should be a guard because I think would be good at it. I would watch over the prison and make people follow the rules. It also looks like you don't have very many guards so I could add on to the number. Also Salted is a sexy warden. I am ranked C for right now.

Yes, "Salted Is a sexy warden" Why should we choose you (1 paragraph!): I am the best choice for guard because I will always follow rules. Make sure that all rules are followed. Also I will make sure our prison runs the way it should. That means NO breaking the rules or jailed/PvP depending on the rule broken and how its broken. Not only that. I also am a pretty good at PVP. I would like to help out our server and be a guard. I will also always listen to other Guards, AlphaGuards, and Wardens. I play a lot on this server, and I am always checking the forums. I also have some experience on the side of a guard/trainee and AlphaGuard in the past.

Q1: Why is warping a 30min jail sentence? How is it any different from pvp abuse? I run into the bank, warp to pm and get jailed for 30mins but running into the bank only gets me 10mins, 3x the sentence for warping away, Seems kinda strange. It's not really the equivalent of logging off in a fight because that means the guard cant jail, it should not be equal.
Q2: Is a Guard running from a guard fight allowed? I have been informed it is but I remember rules created where a guard isn't allowed to run a long distance ( which the accused did ).
Well, for question 1, the rule is treat warping like logging off. But I didn't make the rules, I enforce them. And for question 2, guards are allowed to run away up to a point. Guards are allowed to run away to heal or eat an opple. Just not running away from PVP or hiding in safezone.

Honestly, Free does get boring, but what do I know, im guarding most of the time. But, I think a new rank would be good. I don't think there should be a new prestige system because it's already been used. Convicted is the original, there should be a new original rank.
In the new rank:
-New mines
-New shops
-New farms
-More material that is hard to get in Free
Also regarding Donor, I like most of it. But as Galuzer said, the shop should be expanded, all of the material in the shop is found in Omega shop. There should be more materials for building structures like Brick, Stone Brick, ext.
To the people arguing about wrongly banned and such..
In certain cases, players will be unbanned for reasons I do not know. For example, Byond was caught x-raying, yet he was unbanned. Unlike Nigz and the rest, they were banned for duping, which in my opinion, is way more serious than x-raying. So, Max, you can't really compare duping to x-raying since the two topics are so one-sided.

•Stealing $300 worth of donor.
•Secretly DDoS'ing the server (you guys have noticed the lag lately right?).
•Being aok79's alt. (This one confused me, but it seems that aok hacked Noakii's account).
