    I currently have the Gravestone+Extended mods installed on a pack alongside Biomes O Plenty. I've explored nearly 12 million blocks and I haven't found a single catacombs dungeon yet.


    I was wondering if I should adjust the spawn rate to account for this? If so, do you have a suggestion on what a good value for it is?

    The mod is not dead, there are working early dev versions of Web Displays running on 1.11.2.


    Thaumcraft is only at 1.8.9/1.10.2 and Azanor gets $1400 a month for it. Many big mods are still at 1.7. In comparison to that, for what the Web Displays mod actually does, how much work is involved and how much Montoyo get back in return, development is actually moving at a solid pace.


    If you're having issues with running Web Displays, try using MCEF 0.6. If you still have issues try deleting all Web Displays related files, re-download the mods and try again.

    Red Power style tubes and frames are a thing already ;)


    Mr_TJP, you should update some of the screenshots in the post and on the Patreon to show off the new machines and features added since then. I still remember it from a few years ago and didn't know it had changed so much.

    Are there any plans on adding a transposer like block in the future? I used it in a majority of my machines and I'm not sure what to do without it.

    How do other peoples posts following mine enforce me as having authority over this mod? It had been broken for several weeks with all instances having the same issue over all clients. I was informing people to not waste their time until someone looked in to the issue. It takes 30-60 hours per update even for very small packs. If I can help someone avoid spending 3 hours working on a mod that hasn't worked for more than several days then I am going to leave that message.


    Also, the Twitch app is managed by Curse who put in a lot of effort to provide an excellent program and platform for the games they support. They recently extended the apps reach to Mac and it's the replacement for the FTB launcher so I'm not sure what you're on about. It was developed independently and is still managed by the same team.

    Web displays seems to work again but definitely isn't compatible with the revamped curse-twitch app, or rather MCEF doesn't seem to load at all. Only getting a black screen and no MCEF browser.

    Also note, Web Displays works on 64bit.

    A note to all users: No version of this mod works anymore. The back-end assets or downloader are broken and there is nothing that can be done about this until the modder looks in to the issue.


    There is no point in trying to get this mod to work until the problems are rectified.

    Hello Montoyo! I have been an avid user of this mod for a long time now and I have felt odd about not sharing my appreciation for it.


    Here is a creative build inspired by my local odeon star cinema and your mod. Over the 1000's of hours I've played minecraft this creation brings me the most joy when people see and experience it and it's all thanks to your work.


    Odeon Star Cinema


    I copied the build to create 3 separate cinemas and a lobby 1000 blocks away from each other for separate screenings. Tinkers Mechworks draw bridges are used for moving curtains :3


    I hope you enjoy this post. I really like seeing and building fun and interactive creations and your mod enables so much. It's a shame there is so much salt over it, it works quite well for me. I hope this post brings some balance here.


    Some important tips for others:


    - I use MCEF 0.6 and Web Displays 0.11 on latest 1.7.10 forge.

    - You can view fullscreen youtube videos by using the embed address: https://www.youtube.com/embed/[id].

    - If the screen isn't removed when you break a screen block, place another on the front and break that.

    - On some systems java will hang on exit and you have to close it with task manager.

    - You can totally port a capture card through VLC to any half-decent HTML5 player hosted from a website.

    - Please have some consideration of the fact this mod wasn't really designed to run with many other mods. The chance this will work in your 100+ mega pack is slim. All you can do is politely post a crash report and hope it won't require a rewrite to fix. Remember when you are asking for someone to fix X or update to X, you are asking them to donate several weekends of their time for free.

    I've recently updated Flans mod to 4.8.0 and I can no longer see 3D guns or their scopes. Is there a fix for this?

    You world isn't corrupted and it isn't irreversible. You need to learn how to use MC Edit or at least back-up to avoid these problems with any mod.


    To clear up stray light, either place and turn off the light properly or find the stray source and block it up. This is an MC bug, not GL.

    Fun fact: If you used the Keridos fork of Greg's Lighting it will crash and won't tick until you delete the hopper you shined the light on ;)

    I have been having some problems and I believe it is caused by Mob Amputation.

    If I decapitate a mob part of that mob will teleport onto my face. As you can imagine this makes it difficult to kill the rest and it usually ends up in the death of a player. This happens once in every 10-15 kills and is usually but not always accompanied by excess blood.

    Hitting mobs also causes the server to crash every now and then with no specific error code. The server just stops ticking until it times out and shuts down.

    This appears to be always present when the mod bugs out or crashes:

    Is there anywhere that lists what the devs are planning for this mod? The truss mod looks like it may be a good replacement, but I was hoping for some native movement even if it was less than a 1000 blocks. I was wondering about some other blocks like deployers and breakers if Project: Red didn't implement frames again.

    Open Computers isn't really suitable as it has magical hovering robots. I know Minecraft is boring but I am not sure how not playing the game improves that.

    Also, were the devs still interested in reporting sorting system bugs with build 32? I have Galacticraft ores being sorted into a chest with no Galacticraft items in it.

    I know this isn't going to be an RP clone but what is the possibility of having a genuine computer system in the future?

    I am not thinking of a new operating system like Forth but it would be amazing if it was possible to run Microsoft BASIC again. Almost any logic circuit can be replaced by BASIC. It made a lot of my builds possible where logic was just too big or complex compared to just a few hundred lines of code.

    It makes builds like control systems and 3D printers possible in the future.
