I don't think you can have it flowing straight down next to the wheat. I think it needs a block to spread out before it can touch the wheat. Not exactly sure though.
You can, you could even have the water land on the wheat itself.
As for RainbowBladezz, make sure there isn't a hole near the water fall, water always flows to the closest hole.
Have you tried FTB (Feed the Beast) They have tons of modpacks, my favorite of which is Agrarian Skies. There are some hardcore packs, technological packs, magical packs, RPG packs, and the Direwolf20 1.5 pack.
Well, the only point of 3rd person mode is to like look behind you. I guess this could be useful somehow, and it's small enough that nobody would really complain about it so...
There are so many holes/details you forgot. I'll just list them here.
1)Iridium is yellow-green? That's some uranium stuff right there, real iridium is a dense silver-ish metal, like every metal except copper & gold.
2)Iridium is radioactive? While true, most iridium is just a dense metal that is used for things that require a high corrosion resistance. You are talking about iridium-192
3)How big is the range for this iridium bomb? You literally just said, 'it has a bigger explosion radius and creates fire'
4)When does the iridium eye blink? When you right click? When you throw it?
5)How rare is iridium? How would people judge that 150 uses is balanced for 4 blocks of iridium when they don't know how rare the stuff is?
6)I would say that this poison charge do poison AND fire. Iridium powder is a fire hazard and an irritant.
I'm not saying that I want this iridium closely aligned with real life, but at least fix 4, 5, and 6. On the bright side, you didn't talk about a new armor/tool set of iridium.
I had managed to dig out a 3x3 area of chunks (so that's 16x3x16x3) around my friend's house on a server, there reaction was that I have no life. I just world edited it but told him I mined it
Then later I blew up his house using remote control redstone, as you can probably guess were not friends anymore.
Imagine the lines of kids who play minecraft, imagine the parents, regretting the day they bought Minecraft. Anyway, I really think it will be animated, it'd be really hard to build all the sets and have the actors wear steve suits. Or maybe this is a plot... yes it's all clear to me now...
The parents want to make a live action movie to break the enthusiasm kids have for Minecraft, the movie's plot will be about the physics and makeup of the Minecraft world.
But really though, kind of weird to see Minecraft have it's own movie.
Balanced, detailed, and very interesting. Imagine how much it would affect PvP, mapmaking, or just plain transportation. When the horse was added to Minecraft it could've been used to change all of these but sadly it wasn't (that's my impression), adding something that goes as far as this would make a difference and add some really interesting aspects to the game.
Now my rails don't just hit a dead end with a sign that says: 'Climb this ladder' or have those diagonal rails into the sky (they just look ugly to me). Instead I'll have a sign that says: 'Waiting for sticky slime rails so pretend these ladders are those!' and then sit quietly at my computer until a snapshot comes out with this.
I see where your going, and with thought my arguments were easily countered, but I have two problems:
1) If killing these with a sword is hard, why go with a bow and arrow to hit their tiny bodies? Minecraft's 8-year old community is not skilled enough to do that.
2) I don't know why, but it just doesn't seem right with me. It makes me frustrated because one side of me finds complaints and another side counters them which just puts me in the middle.
If Microsoft employees wanted a cape, they could just put it in themselves. I can see you were trying to be nice and thought about the Microsoft employees but you don't need to suggest to them they get something special. It's like telling the leaders of the world they're all special so they all get a cape with a picture of the Earth on it.
Seriously why? Completely pointless, where were you going on this idea? Have the 8-year olds who play Minecraft jump on their beds? If so, why have a gamerule for it when these kids can hardly type a sentence? This is a really small feature too, maybe try again in the small suggestions forum with your idea a bit more refined.
It can be used to make a portal slab, (crafted the same way Prismarine is crafted with prismarine shards.) The portal slab, works the same way as ender chests, having the player require 2 of the same item to be used properly. Except for transferring items, it teleports players. The slab looks like a slab, with a rounded circle in the middle, with an ancient character chiseled on it.
1) Grammar, use 'How it is used' because 'why' explains its usefulness and 'how' explains its use.
2) What if there is more than two pads? Ender chests connect to a single chest, yet you only thought that the player would have two. Does it warp to the first pad? Do you get a GUI that selects a portal slab? Can there only be two slabs in the world? Or do you have to link two pads together?
3)(Optional)When I picture this I see a quartz slab with a blue circle and a creeper face in the middle, could you provide a teensy bit more detail? In my opinion I would say it should look like the nether portal swirling around a dark purple circle in the center, with a faint darker purple image of an enderman.
Don't take this to harshly as computers can't recreate tones/inflections of voice, I'm saying this in a friendly manner although I do come across as a huge jerk critic sometimes.
Yeah, this type of stuff deserves to be in a mod. Minecraft doesn't really have an age of technology, you can argue its in any age. Also, welcome to the forums but when you suggest please plan out your idea so it is well described, not just: "Minecraft should have <feature> and <feature> and <feature> that does <feature>".
Now this idea is a really useful feature, and the post doesn't look like flaming 9-year old and more of an annoyed yet experienced minecrafter. This idea is a really good one too, hope other people ignore the first few comments and support this as well.
Who ever said that Minecraft was based off real life? Maybe Minecraft is its own universe and it obeys its own laws of physics. Even so it's a game and doesn't have to make sense, ravines in Minecraft exist to add just teensy bit of realism to Minecraft.

I like the idea of these warp pad-like slabs but there are a few holes you should consider.
