What can you contribute to the server: I can track down hackers easily using /v, /god, /fly I've never gotten a hacker away in my old servers I've played. In my old server I was promoted to from Helper to Admin in 3 weeks because of my reputation.

Anything else we should know?: I am a 16 yr old that has played minecraft for 1 1/2 years. I've played multiple servers my preferred server types are Kit PvP, OPPrison and factions

How active can you be in making videos on the server, engaging with players, and more?: As of right now I'm in the process of having a new house built and ill be moving to an apartment with limited supplies only so I won't have my Alienware with me so I won't be able to record till November but when I do get the ability to record I will record 3-5 a week with at least 1 of them being on the server,

Anything else we should know about you or your channel?: I didn't like where my channel was going before so I blocked all the old videos that I didn't like so I could go on a new path for youtube. I also already joined the discord! I also want to get back into YouTube after i got bored of it so I'm interested in it again and I would like to see where this takes me!

Who are we?

BlakeCraft is a small, new Minecraft server owned by myself, Blake1Studios. We have been open since April, and have a small playerbase of a few friends and other players. The BlakeCraft team is looking to expand our staff team, management team, and player base by recruiting some new faces onto our team!

Our server includes a few games for players to enjoy, and we are looking to recruit developers/admins to help make even more! We currently offer these games:

- Creative

- No-Grief Survival

- PVP Games

Who are we recruiting?

We are looking to recruit Trainees (or server moderators), and administrators (staff that work on projects; server developers get this rank too). We are also looking for YouTubers who can make videos on the server in exchange for our YT rank. More info on each of the ranks can be found below.

- TRAINEES:

Trainees are a moderator rank. The rank is a 2-4 week trial rank to see how fit you are for the position. As a Trainee on our server you will be expected to do the following:

- Be active on our Discord server. Talking with other staff members and using it when needed.

- Assist in the fair punishment of rule breakers on the server. You will be required to follow our Staff Protocol when punishing players.

- You will be tasked with moderating some of our games while players are playing them.

- You will also be asked to attend our staff meetings when possible.

After 2-4 weeks of being a Trainee, our Senior Moderators and above will decide if you will stay on the team. If you stay, you will be given the Moderator rank.

- ADMINISTRATORS:

Administrators are the highest rank on our server. They watch the staff members' performance, work on cool new updates for the server, and help make crucial decisions for the server staff team. Administrators and Senior Moderators also help lead the staff meetings. Administrators on BlakeCraft are expected to do the following:

- Be as active as possible on our Discord server. Talking with other admins and the moderators when possible.

- Assist in checking staff members' performance. Let the management team know if someone is abusing or just having poor performance.

- All administrators main jobs are to help work on new updates and builds for the server.

- DEVELOPERS will be given this rank and will be asked to make simple, cool new games for the server.

- INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING FOR US?

If you make plugins for Spigot, BungeeCord, and other platforms and can work at a relatively cheap rate (or preferably for free) please apply for Developer below. If accepted you will be given the Admin rank.

We are currently not hiring developers at the moment. My apologies.

- YOUTUBERS:

If you have a YouTube channel and are interested in making videos on our server, please feel free to apply for the YouTube rank. As a YouTuber you will be given commands like /vanish, staff chat, and a few other VIP perks. YouTubers will also be given the YouTube rank on our Discord, and can advertise their channel in-game and on our Discord. We have no requirements for the rank, we just ask that you be active in making cool videos on our server. Please note we cannot pay YouTubers. Sorry, but do not ask to be paid.

Pretty well but stupid people can get annoying over a period of time.

I have been playing minecraft since it came out and know how almost everything works. I will help with anything and do whatever you need. I can come up with some good ideas to make the server better.

How much time can you dedicate to the job each day?: Depends, I have a Job, so it can vary. On days I don't work I can dedicate several Hours and then depending on what hours i work i can get on the server whenever possible.

I can help improve your server by handling problems, answering questions from both Staff and Players. I can help basic server needs and I can handle Punishments, If necessary.

I am very good at working with teams. I can lead, follow, or anything in between. Though I prefer to Lead, i will gladly do both, so long as I am helping the team I am happy. I have a tendency to bond with my teams sometimes even to the point where they are practically family.

I am a hardworking, goal oriented person. I love video games and working on them. I have a very Novice Programmer. When put into a group with even people i hate I do my best to work with them to get what we are working on done. I am very experienced in leading and pride myself at being rather good at it. Also, though I am applying to be an Administrator I would be fine with having to start as a Trainee
