Oki, just something I notice I guess. As for Lelyetia, sounds cool! Can't wait to see your art of it! As for vox ponds, since its already full of "robots" it could possibly be the "lair of the true evil"? I don't know.
I like it so far! Maybe sneak in vox ponds or Lelyetia in places . I only saw one thing though, are you sure you want to insert yourself into the story? The way I saw it, it seems quite vein...
Looks cool! All I would have to say is maybe (it's a stretch) make the statues have music disk ai? So along side being statues, you can put them in a juke box to play the theme
I guess I don't like the thought of people giving up on this mod since this has been my favorite mod for a while now and when people say the mod is dying it doesn't feel right.
Especially since I used to be very dedicated to playing the mod and getting the skill's levels up on the server while talking to other members of the AoA community and meeting new players I can call friends and having lots of fun with those people.
I'm sorry if this seemed out of place at all but I felt like the little community we had here was going a bit, downhill.
People leaving was a bit sad but when it's at the point that someone goes out and says "This mod had died" really just makes me feel uncomfortable, as if people really are starting to not care anymore.
And that's definitely not what I want to be hearing/feeling.
Also, please don't just ignore this because it's too long or something, I just needed people to know what i was really feeling and I figured this would be a good way to help me calm down since I know people here would probably understand.
I constantly had to keep coming back to this to edit it each time I thought of something else to add
Well, I for sure haven't left, and I won't either. My favorite part about this mod and the thread is the wonderful kind hearing community it's built. As long as we're here supporting the mod, spreading its word, it will never die in my opinion. To be honest, I don't really check this thread to see if an update happened anymore. I like reading the discussions and arguments and ideas all of you post here, it makes my day sometimes. So as long as all you good people stay here, the mod will never die. Cheers!
Not a bad idea! Honestly, I've been busy with High School, (Junior year.... It's interesting....) so I haven't really had time to process much. Right now, I've been working on the meteor and the new "Risen" event that'll be released soon.
Sounds like I'm in for a good time next year (sophomore currently). Keep up the good work!
Thanks man!
To be honest, this month has been kinda confusing progression-wise. I don't really know what to add and/or flesh out next. >_>
would a dimension be called to order? that gate opened in the end looks like fine material for dimensional travel. go to the place the genetesian battleship was made, ya know?
I've already explained the difference between "challenge" and "fake difficulty". Immortallis, provided you don't cheat through it with a portal gun or something, is a challenge (especially the gold rooms). Bomb carriers and cheap mobs that run faster than you and set fire to you are "fake difficulty". Still think chompers and scrubbies should be nerfed, especially chompers as they do not drop anything and always spawn. (And I'm still pushing for that dimension 0 spawn check.)
Hmm, very true. Immortallis is pretty easy, but I use innervation armor and an underworld staff. If you don't want do deal with bomb carriers or walkers, live in a mushroom island and make a pool of water in your house. Yes, srubbles and choppers need a nerf, bad. Try minding your own business until you hear the mad stomping of a pack of choppers hot on your tail. A possible solution could be npcs having protective attacks to ward off such. As for dimension glitches, I only get that when I'm in creative.
Anemia, bomb carriers, chompers, skolles/grunts, mobs generally spawning everywhere with no drops, no dimension 0 spawn check for event mobs, and dimensions lacking things besides weapons. Oh, and quite a few bugs here and there.
Other than that, the mod is really good.
Anemias, death hunters and bomb carriers oh my!
Of course, without them we wouldn't have the challenging mod we know today as Nevermine: Advent of Ascension
Tons. I've been adding massive amounts of progression to this mod. Pretty much everything has been expanded upon. Take a look at the pre-release build when you have the chance.
Oooh, you've got me excited! I will take a look at this as soon as possible!

So let me get this straight, this is released or no? Looks nice, but no download/notice that it's unfinished is evident.
