Today we really need to upgrade our power production from the automatic stuffed eggplant farm. It's time to move on to a 64x culinary generator, but we need to have bedrockium ingots to craft one.
That means that it's time to build a compressed cobblestone factory. We are going to use the Extra-Utilities Transfer Node with several World Interaction Upgrades attached to a cobblestone generator to produce the cobblestone. Each transfer node is immediately adjacent to an Enderchest to reduce the time it takes to transfer the cobblestone.
To actually craft the compressed cobblestone we use Steve's Factory Manager's Inventor Manager with some inventory pipes to pull the cobblestone from four Enderchests and immediately craft it into compressed cobble. I run through the programming for a couple levels of compressed cobble to show how the SFM interface can be used to quickly compress the cobblestone ultimately into octuple compressed cobblestone.
One of the best parts of the SFM crafting is that it uses absolutely no power when it crafts!
I hope that this was a good tutorial. If you have any more questions, just leave a comment!
FTB Infinity Evolved Supershort 4 - Automatic Stuffed Eggplant Power
Now that we have an eggplant farm, it's time to automate it. We build a culinary generator and upgrade it to an 8x Culinary Generator. To do that we had to build a QED and make an energy transfer node.
We then built MFR Harvesters to harvest the garlic and eggplant from the Agricraft Crop Sticks and transport them to a Cyclic Assembler via EnderIO item conduits. The stuffed eggplants are moved to a Reinforced Cache and sent as needed to the Culinary Generator. The sludge from the harvesters was pulled out into fluid conduits and stored for usage later.
We covered everything up with EnderIO facades and made the area look really nice and clean. Future plans are to upgrade the culinary generator to a 64x and try to use up some of the extra stuffed eggplant.
We start working with Agricraft and scan a few eggplant and garlic seeds to begin breeding them up to a 10/10/10 quality seed. We also build a water tank to set up an irrigation system for the whole farm.
We check the power generation of stuffed eggplant in a culinary generator and see that it's almost four times better than charcoal. We make a plan to eventually use stuffed eggplant as a power generation strategy
We set up an MFR (Minefactory Reloaded) Enderman farm that uses a vanilla cave spider spawner to produce mob essence which supplies an auto-spawner to spawn Endermen.
We used a diamond dolly from Jabba to move the vanilla spawner, and fluid and energy conduits from EnderIO to get the essence and energy to the auto spawner. The mob drops are caught in a golden chest and the essence is stored in an open-blocks tank which doubles as the viewing window for the mob trap.
I've started up a new FTB Let's Play in a Supershort format. All of the episodes run about 5-6 minutes long and have lots of quick cuts to appeal to even the worst case of ADHD
