hey phrong, hope you avoided the pointless server spam above and are willing to try out my server
it matches most of what you asked for: regular survival, no mods/plugins, no whitelist
pvp is on but it is not the main focus like a "hardcore" pvp server

ime the only admin and usually just afk at spawn and keep lookout for hackers
though i do like to help new people build their bases
