I really like working with other people in Minecraft and people seem to like me. I've started a business in a server where I build houses for people in exchange for materials and/or money(plugin). My customers said that the houses were really good and that I was very nice.

I was wondering if you will require us to update to 1.3 once it is released, or if we should just stick to 1.2.5?

I recently built a giant castle on one of my friends private servers, personally I think it turned out pretty nice for my first castle. I'm also very experienced with building gazebos and am experienced with building ships.
