posted a message on Looking for All-In-One-Base Seeds

    Perfect!!

I found this seed while experimenting with a new texture pack, and it ended up being almost perfect! You spawn in between a plains and desert biome, but if you keep walking around, there's a savanna biome with a double village (one of which has a blacksmith). One of these is also a stronghold village, with an enderportal. Back at the villages, if you put down a nether portal, you will spawn right in a nether fortress with netherwart! I don't think it matters exactly where you put it, but just somewhere within the village and you'll spawn by a fortress. Now, all of this is really cool, but it gets better. Underneath the village, there's also an abandoned mineshaft! I found it while exploring a ravine a couple of blocks away. I think this seed would be really good for completing the game quickly, as there's a stronghold village and a nether fortress near spawn.

    Adventurer's Seed!

This isn't what I was looking for, but it's a really cool seed! On my way to the stronghold (coordinates 192, ??? 1600), I passed by at least 6 villages, at least 3 of which had blacksmiths, and 1 which was a zombie village! Also, I spawned near a small ravine with visible diamonds at the bottom, and passed by at least 2 other ravines. So far, I only found 1 desert temple on this route. I think there's so much more to explore, so I figured I'd put this here if anyone wants to check it out!

posted a message on Looking for All-In-One-Base Seeds

For a while, I've been looking for a seed that contains everything I need within a close proximity. That means I need a stronghold, a nether fortress, a village (with decent crops), and anything else within 500 blocks from spawn. Mostly, I'm just looking for a stronghold village with carrots/potatoes and a nether fortress nearby, so if anyone finds anything like that, please let me know! I've found a couple of seeds, but either the stronghold has no portal or the fortress has no nether-wart or the seed is for a different version of Minecraft. It would be especially great if we could find seeds with a whole bunch of things near each other: stronghold village next to a desert temple on top of a mineshaft which connects into multiple dungeons and so on and so forth. If anyone has found anything like that, please put that in this thread! If I find anything, I'll also update this.

    Thanks! :D

posted a message on How do you use the Skindex?

I use the Skindex (minecraftskins.com) for almost all of my skins that I use in Minecraft. Sometimes I make my own skins, edit other people's skin, or just use ones that someone else created as they are. I even have an account and some followers. However, I can't seem to figure out how to see the people that I have followed. I have followed a couple of people so far, but I can only see the creations of people that follow ME. I'm wondering how I can see these people's creations. I followed them for a reason, but if I can't even see what they make, then what's the point? Again, I can see the skins of my followers, as well as their names, their profiles, their newest skins, and their entire portfolio, but I cannot find the skins- or even the names- of people that I have followed. Does anyone know where to find this?

    Thank you!

posted a message on Importing Texture Packs to Windows 10?

I've been trying to import this texture pack into Minecraft with the instructions of , but nothing seems to be showing up in Minecraft. I'm able to extract the folder and to move it into the resource packs folder for Minecraft- and all of the other steps as well- but when I open Minecraft, there's no new pack to be found. It doesn't give me an error or anything, it's just that nothing shows up; nothing new shows up in the settings for choosing a texture pack. I want to know if I'm doing something wrong, or if I should do something else.

I have version 1.2.2 of Minecraft Windows 10 on my PC.

Also, I know this isn't technically Pocket Edition, but I've heard that they're pretty much the same thing (also I couldn't find any Windows 10 forums), so if I'm posting in the wrong place, please let me know!

    Thanks.

posted a message on Can't Craft In New Update

Ever since my game updated with the new update (the really cool one that added stained glass, fireworks, and such) I haven't been able to craft anything. I've tried crafting from my inventory with wood to make planks, and nothing would show up in the other slot. Even when trying to make sticks, or chests, or anything else, I can't craft anything at all. I put all of the items in the correct slots, but it won't show up. Even with the crafting book on the next screen, nothing will show up for me to make, no matter what items I have in my inventory. I don't know what to do. I've tried in survival mode and creative mode, and with a bunch of different recipes, but nothing will work. I have a world in which I'm trying to completely complete the game, but, since the new update, I can't craft anything at all. I haven't seen anyone else with this problem so far. Does anyone on here know what I'm talking about? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you!

posted a message on Can't Find Enderman??

I'm playing a minecraft game in hard mode, and I can't seem to find any endermen. My game is on Windows 10 mode, and I think it's fully updated. I currently reside in a savanna right next to a desert. Every night, I go outside and hunt for endermen, but just find a whole lot of husks in the desert. I've been to the Nether, and I'm all prepared to go to the End- I even know where my stronghold is- but I just can't find any endermen to kill. Every website I go on has suggestions for an enderman "trap", involving slabs and hitting their feet. This would be a good method if I could find any endermen. Am I looking in the wrong place perhaps? There is some water around the desert area, but not that much. Do enderman need to spawn a certain amount away from water? If so, how many blocks away? And any other tips on finding them would be well appreciated. Thank you!
