In the op there is a simple clarification on how I chose to update my ongoing Block Tutorial series when I make new videos. I do it this way so that when someone opens the thread their computer doesn't crash trying to load 13 videos. You are welcome.
That error is from a dev version Modular Power Suits Addons mod which is built against a dev version of MPS. Try the 531 version of it. That should work for the stable version MPS that you're using.
If there was a way you could share the forge log with us we would be able to see what is causing the issue, but as is I don't know how to recreate what might be crashing you.
