I play Minecraft since Beta 1.4 and this method is the best. I had like 3x half year time out and then it is like a begging of playing this game
I don't do that now, because I am a college student and have time to play like 1x in 2 weeks (If I am not studying, I would be likely to hang out with friends instead play games on my laptop), so it is fresh for me every time
I didn't have much time due "exam time" at college, but when I had just a little bit of time I worked at my Iron Golem / Guardian farm. Now I have all of the exams done and free month until the next semester.. so much time for play. I am looking forward to it :))
I built a carrot farm with villager but I have a problem. Villager is a farmer. He plant carrots but when they grow he do nothing. What can I do with that?
Few days earlier I had a great minecraft day.. mining for 4 hours and collected 2 wither skulls in nether. And then? My 2,5 old laptop just died.. Nice right? I am glad I have a backup. But.. I have to go mine again.. I bought a new one, so I can play again.
You are surely glad that I have a "story time" right here, are you?

I just started a new world. I wanted to stick to the older one (nice landscape, buildings), but I was stupid and built all farms in one place - so - "lag as b*tch". But I am really enjoyng playing again and without any problems

Are you sure? I am certain that Mojang teased something about world customization in one of the last snapshots

They should spawn in old jungles too but they are rarer than in snapshots.
And no, I don't create a new world every single update. It would be waste of time.

Mending - 24E = not so great but my first mending librarian
Paper - 32 = so stack for 2 emeralds, best for me

Just like ProjectAdvancer + when ocean is near by. I like to connect my underground buildings with underwater dome
But also I like when mountains are in good shape and I can build on them houses, towers etc.

It looks great.
But you could maybe do more of terraforming around your buildings
Modify terrain, some trees, flowers, hide light..
