    public int idDropped(int i, Random random, int j)
        {
            return Block.cobblestone.blockID; Item.goldNugget.shiftedIndex;
        }
    sudo printline;

    It coughed up an error when I added the
    Item.goldNugget.shiftedIndex;

    "Syntax error, insert "AssignmentOperator Expression" to complete Expression"

    I don't think it likes me trying to spit out more than one int.

    posted a message on More than one drop per block?
    I've been messing around with the MCP, and for a small project I need to enable block to drop more than one type of item.

    I see the drop code inside the Block.java
    public int idDropped(int i, Random random, int j)
     {
       return blockID;
     }

    And the corresponding code inside the blockStone class
    public int idDropped(int i, Random random, int j)
        {
            return Block.cobblestone.blockID;
        }

    Seemed simple enough, So I appended a second method to the block & blockStone classes:
    public int idDropped(int i, Random random, int j)
        {
            return Block.cobblestone.blockID;
        }

        public int idDropped_2(int i, Random random, int j)
        {
            return Item.goldNugget.shiftedIndex;
        }

    But only the cobble drops, and not my gold nugget.

    So I must need to add more somewhere else, but I can't find where. Anyone have any idea where to look?

    This seemed like such a simple idea...

    posted a message on One small modding question
    ive recently gotten into modding, and I've got an idea for a small mod I want to make.

    What it will do is show the percent of the durability left in a tool while hovering over it.

    So instead of just saying the tool name in the menu, i.e. "stone Pickaxe" it would say something like "Stone pickaxe-75%"

    I can't find the class(es) responsible for actually creating the text box though, and no tuts ive veiwed so far have provided the info I need.

    Where the hell is it? I know how to get the percent remaining, just not how to display it!

    I never use cobble. It makes you look like a total noob, and its just plain ugly.

    Well that's just, like, your opinion, man!

    I happen to like cobble, but thats just me. The point of this guide was not to say "material X is better than material Y" but instead to illustrate how using a variety of materials can make a build look better.

    Awesome guide. I'll definitely be using these tips when building my house.

    Just a tip I've picked up when playing that I think would be a good addition to this: When building more storeys to your house make the floor on them two blocks thick. This means you can have carpets or some design on the floor upstairs and it won't show through to the lower levels. A carpeted ceiling looks ridiculous.

    oh, good idea. Ill have to add a note about that in the guide.
