Heh, I added mods that actually make the game harder. I added a bunch of hostile mobs capable of spawning in light, so occasionally my mines will be flooded with goblins, or my house will have a shaman perched in my attic.
It adds a lot of spice to the game, daytime is no longer safe time. getting brutally murdered when starting a new game is pretty common for me now, as I havent had time to make weapons and armor before an orc decides it wants a BenJ skin lampshade.
There is something absurdly funny about standing on top of a really large tree, trying to chop down all of the wood, when a lumberman comes by, vacuums the entire tree is less than a second, and I fall to earth and splatter on some rock.
Also, the meathead in charge of village planning built the village in such a way that the Grand Fountaine cannot be built no matter how large I make the village radius. Is thre a way I can make them ignore this certain project and concentrate on other upgrades? Some villagers still have dirt huts for homes.
Why did you even change it? It worked perfectly before!
Must disagree with you there.

Yes the new forums have their issues, but those are being sorted out. A lot of data got pushed around here, give them a little time before you ***** their ears off.
Your next task is explaining why the lumberman suddenly decides to spin on himself instead of cutting wood :wink.gif:
Its common knowledge that Norman lumberjacks were typically heavy drunks. Too much cider. Sneakin stuff in the cider.
Is that why the lumbermen are suddenly not doing a goddamn thing inmy world?
On a serious note: I seem to have hit upon a bit of a quirk, my village refuses to gather wood.
The lumbermen will plant trees like normal, but they never harvest them. Occasionally ll come across a stump with no leaves, or a floating canopy, but those issues had been fixed I though? (Yes, I have 5.3b)
I occasionally have seen lumbermen cutting at a tree, but in the town hall the tally of wood needed for a new project never rises. Its been sitting at 180/394 for AGES (and the 180 came from me busting my ass for the lazy town)
I do also have humans+ installed, and, as Im sure others have seen, the humans from that and the villagers from this don't get along well. The lumbermen have all been killed a few thousand times. Does this affect how they go about their work?

Basically it comes down to the fact that there are abut 10-20 worlds for each person on earth.
4billion people, 20 seeds each, thats plenty of seeds.
