Experience on other servers: I would say that I have had quite a bit of experience on Minecraft servers in the past. My first ever server that I was staff on was a small server called capstaCrafter and I was Helper on it until it ultimately shut down. I have been Helper and Moderator on multiple other servers like WoodCraft, GammaMC, AquaMC and even owned two servers in the past. Both of them shut down to bankruptcy, sadly.
How much time can you spend a week on this project?: Since I am currently on summer vacation, pretty much all day. I would say I can probably get on more towards the afternoon. So on a regular day I could probably get on from about 1pm EST to about 12pm EST everyday. This can vary but for the most part these are my open hours.
Are you able to communicate over voice?: I have a mic and headphones that I'm sure will work fine for Discord.
What made you decide to apply?: I think I decided to apply for many reasons. One of those reasons being that this seems like a great community to be a part of and, in my opinion, it is very hard to come across servers and communities like this these days. Another reason is I personally think that I am very mature and have the necessary skills to moderate this server in a fair manner and generally just helping players while also conversing with the players and staff of this server. I also have what I personally think is a good amount of experience on servers just like this one. I have even owned two servers in the past as I said earlier and these both really taught me how to moderate a server well. These also taught me a lot about certain punishments and how to enforce server rules correctly. I generally just want to help out this great new community of players and staff.

I have been playing Minecraft since December of 2010 and I have been a staff member on over 20 small-medium sized servers. Over the years I have gained a lot of experience with countless things that are essential to be a good staff member. In the past I have been many different staff ranks and on many different types of servers (mostly factions and hub servers). Unfortunately they aren’t running anymore. I was know to be a great staff member on all those servers and never had any issues with my job overall.
How much time can you spend a week on this project?: Since I am on summer vacation I can be on for 5 hours a day with the exception for weekends as I mostly spend time with my family I can be on for 2 hours.

I think I should say, I actually have never been staff on a server with more than 20 players. I mean I have been staff on tons of small servers, not like book and quill application servers, they had forums. Though most of them have been shut down and I forgot the names. Let's start off, on my first server ever it was called butter minecraft and I started off becoming a small rank on here winning from a giveaway, I then gained tons of trust and people loved me. I was friends with everyone on the server and the staff liked me too! I then applied for moderator and was accepted, I went through trial moderator for a month and was accepted. Then as time went on they promoted me to Head Moderator. I then continued everything and got promoted to Admin. Admin was a tough journey and it was hard, I was depended on a lot and as the time went on, the owner couldn’t handle the server. He gave it away but the new owner didn’t take care of it. I lost my staff position and then it was shut down. Second I used to be on a server aswell(dont remember name) and I was a head mod on this server. I started off being a member and not many people knowing me, I was a bit shy at the time(not shy anymore!) and didn’t speak. Though I was still generally nice and people liked me and knew me. I made an application and was denied, after waiting a month I was told I could re apply but I decided not to and to learn more knowledge as I did I re applied and was accepted into Trial Helper. I went through a process of 2 weeks of banning hackers and showing proof. As that happened I was accepted and became a Helper. Now I was one of the few helpers on and it took 1 month before they promoted me, and I was a moderator for about 2 months until the head mod retired. They asked me if I was ready for the promotion to Head-Mod and I said no. I was not ready for it and didn’t want to rush. They had given someone else the space and weeks later they were demoted and I was offered it again. From the knowledge I gained I accepted the offer and became the Head-Mod and as time went on, the server died quickly and I was with 4 other people. Then the owner left one day and never came back, that's when the server shut down forever. I applied for lots of them just to help the servers grow, I have became a developer on lots and moderator on some just to help it and then they shut down. I wasn’t told anything after.

Experience on other servers: Throughout my years, I have gained experience from many dichotomous networks and servers that I had to resign due to some problems. These experiences includes chat discussions between conflicting players about a situation. For example someone griefed another player on the creative server. Identifying areas that needs to be fixed or changed to make the players experiences content and more interesting.
How much time can you spend a week on this project?: At the moment I am writing this application, I do not have school until September, which this can be used to make existing players stay on. The times can vary depending if any issues arise, but mostly I am available from 11am to 4am.

What made you decide to apply?: Throughout my moderating history, I have been apart of many moderation teams on various networks that have propelled in popularity over the years with some had financial issues to begin with. A reason why I have decided to apply for the network is that I am a responsible and professional individual that takes on problematic cases that may arise due to game breaking bugs, or chat problems - Harassment from players within the network. For example, if a problem did arose on the network I would have taken both arguments from the opposing teams and judge a baseline of who caused what, why it happened. Then I would report this case on the forums using a report format explaining the situation to notify the higher positions. I may have to take action depending the severity of each case.
